Mark came out and assessed our sitution. Examined what happened and explained what needs to be done. He called a demolition company for us. Mark was very polite and thorough. We really appreciate him.

I am re doing my review. Elite Rooter are not as Christian as they claim to be. My husband was dying and in hospice care, when I dealt with them. Kept me waiting for hours, time I lost with my husband. Paper work was never submitted to my insurance and there is a strong possibility, I was over charged. Money means nothing to me, I can never get back the time I lost with my husband. Be aware of overbooking, and double talking.

Keith, Mark, Greg & crew are very knowledgeable and thorough. Each of them took extra time to explain the problem, offer a resolution and plan the repairs. They answer their phone when you call, they communicated with us as the project progressed. They advocated for us with the insurance adjuster and explained our situation. They work long hours, weekends if necessary and frankly, bust their butts. We’re fortunate to have them on our side through a difficult, confusing and laborious repair.

An incredible team of workers! They truly care about their customers. They have amazing low prices and made sure we understood the details of the work they did. Will definitely always call Elite Rooter with any plumbing needs and upkeep.

I had a unknown leak (15000 gallons in a month), I called Elite Rooter and they had a crew at my house within two hours. Kieth and his team worked hard for multiple hours to find 2 not 1 leaks in and around my house. Keith and his team were amazing folks to work with and I will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.

**updated to reflect Mark's attempt to make this right. He did what he could. Manager NEVER bothered to return repeated requests for a phone call. I upped the stars to give Mark his props but management of this company sucks**So, I will start this off with the statement regarding 2 stars. The ONLY reason they have this is because I have at least one working toilet right now.
The 28th of April I showered and quickly realized I was standing 2 inches of raw sewage.. good times. I looked at reviews and chose Elite Rooter. Apparently I didn't go far enough back. Anyway, they actually answered the phone at 637am and promised someone in an hour. 2 hrs later, I was at work and they called after speaking with my 82 yr old father and securing a half payment of $2100, with the other half due a finish. I spoke with Patrick and he said not to worry, he would take care of us...in fact he lived not too far from us in Rita Ranch. They stated they found clay in the pipe, so a break in the line was causing the issue. The next day...arriving 4 hrs late, they literally dropped off a guy with a shovel. No water and no food...no tools, other than a shovel. Worked till 5pm, picked him up and left. 3 DAYS LATER, I had a 9 ft hole dug in my yard and they "couldn't find it". No shoring of the hole, no ladder and my boyfriend is helping him pull buckets of dirt out of this hole and I still have no working bathroom! 1 freaking employee with a shovel! Now I'm angry. I call and have a fit and magically we have 2 plumbers. The next day they arrive 3 hrs late and by God, they "found the problem". Showed me a weirdly pieced couple of 45 joints and said they were fixing. They "repaired" and took the other 2100$, thanks much and boogie. This morning...16 days later, it happens again! Call up and have fit, they send someone out...o...m..gee, it's clogged at the City end. Imagine that. This was determined with NO CAMERA. They were supposed to be back when they had one...no show. I had also asked for a supervisor call back...didn't get one of those either! Shocking. So basically they took $$ from an elderly man for a problem that was not a homeowner issue but one with the City and we get to eat it? I don't think so. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office! Now I see they had their license pulled??? Oh boy. Do NOT USE THEM.

Keith and his team at Elite Rooter are not only very knowledgeable in the field but very honest and professional. I appreciate the attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly in a timely manner. I would recommend their services to anyone need a dependable plumber!!

Elite Rooter has been a major contributor to the relief of my stressful bathroom remodel. I first called in and talked to the most understanding person who answered the phone. I believe her name was Melisa. This has been a week long project but the dispatcher Briana was there for me when I had questions. Keith and Marquio are the best technicians you could ask for. Excellent work and very clean and neat work. I’m very impressed with Elite Rooter and I will be referring them to my friends and family.

This review is overdue. I used Elite Rooter in May of this year. Both Brians arrived, and both were very friendly, but a bit confused as to what work was to be done, and how much everything would cost. At any rate, the friendlier Brian, who lives outside of Tucson and comes into town only on certain days, was the plumber who stayed to do the bulk of the work. I gave Elite one star because the plumber did not bother to reconnect the pipes when he changed the faucet. I had water immediately run on to the floor as soon as I turned on the water. With a bucket under my sink, I called Elite for the plumber to return. I was informed they did not have anyone to dispatch back out! An essential take away from this review is that Elite has horrible customer service, and is short-staffed. I consequently had a cable appointment the next day. The cable guy saw the water on my floor (the bucket overfilled), and he happily cleaned up the water and repaired the shady job on my faucets and pipes! Elite Rooter received payment without any care or concern regarding the quality of work or whether the job was even completed.

Greg from Elite Rooter showed up within the hour of my call. As anyone with a plumbing emergency knows, respond time is extremely important. He was very professional and courteous and resolved my plumbing issue within a timely manner. I would highly recommend Elite Rooter. Their price for service calls is unmatched in the Tucson area.

These guys helped us out a lot. I know how expensive it is to come out and run the drain cleaner, and the tech's that came helped us Big time. They actually gave us a discount as we would have to move if something wasn't done. Thank you elite rooter

They had a special deal that I called in and used it, they were at my door in a timely manner. They were fast and efficient, would recommend to friends and family.

From $200 jump to $5757 repair. Because of high repair we're convince to open up a claim and was told that insurance will take care of it just open up a finance first and once you get a check just pay the finance in full BUT we just found out thats totally a lie and now we're stuck with a almost 6k in finance. Good job Elite 👏 👍

What to be screwed over. What poor communication. You want to have the job approved then have the technician show up and not know what's going on. Do you want for them to cause more damage than you originally had then want to charge you more for what they did. Would you like to get a service done that isn't even necessary compared to other plumber's advice.

Then this is your company. Give them a quick call. Hurry limited spots!!!!
