Jose and Jasyah were fast, professional, super clean, respectful, competent and a joy to have in my home. They fixed all my plumbing issues quickly- I wish I would have called them earlier instead of chasing other plumbers that never call me back. Check the website for coupons too.

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing because my toilet was backing up into my bathtub. Daniel arrived in less than an hour, and we went over the details of my plumbing issues. I showed him the coupons I had pulled up online and we agreed cleaning the main line into the house might work, unfortunately it didn't. We went back over all the possibilities to fix the blockage and I decided on a Hydro Scrub for a secondary line. It's where the tub or toilet blockage was. I couldn't afford a camera scope. So that was out of the question. There was nothing easy about this blockage, so many unknowns about the old pipes.
Daniel did an incredible job! He really knows his job and wants to make sure his customers are happy with their results. His work ethics are outstanding, and he was very pleasant to work with. I was also impressed with the cleanup job he did! So many times when I've hired service technicians I have been disappointed by them pushing for up-sells, poor work standards, disrespect for myself and property, etc.
Mr. Rooter Plumbing and Daniel made sure I was happy. They honored a $75 off coupon for a job $250 or more. That really helped with my budget, as plumbing repairs can add up. Over all, I will hire them again and request Daniel.
Daniel restored my faith that there are still honest hard workers out there who care about what they do, and how they treat others.

My main sewer line was clogged. I called Mr Rooter and Jose, Rueben, and Martin responded. They were friendly, professional and competent. They got my sewer line running freely. They worked hard and went the extra mile to discern why the sewer line had gotten clogged. They diagnosed that I had a problem with my septic tank. We have had other plumbers out who didn’t do this level of inspection. I give Mr Rooter five star review because of the diligence of these hard-working professionals.

I was able to get an appt very quickly for a clogged toilet repair.
Jose and Jacob were prompt, courteous and did a great job.
I was very pleased and highly recommend their service.

I previously hired another company for plumbing work and asked them to replace my old knobs with new ones and swap out the tub spout. Due to a miscommunication, the plumber suggested I replace the fixtures myself, which was frustrating since I thought I had already paid for that service. After cooling off, I decided to tackle it on my own. I successfully swapped out the knobs but ran into trouble removing the tub spout—it seemed to be secured by a screw I couldn’t find, and I didn’t want to risk damage by twisting it counterclockwise. I called Mr. Rooter, and they sent a technician the next day. The service included a new tub spout and a warranty. Robert was efficient and a pleasure to work with. While the cost was a bit higher than expected, the quality of the work made it worth it. I recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Tucson.

Some guy from Mr. Rooter and cleared our clog drain for the price they said on the coupon which was 95.00 even!
This young gentleman was soo Nice, Professional, Loyal, Respectful, Honest, Respected my Family and I! He gave us four different options on the ways to go. Usually they'll give you 3 options only!
This young man "37yro" didn't over priced us! He didn't try to force it the other options on us like most other Plummers do from different companies!. He came over fast at a reliable time!

Yesterday at noon, our septic decided it was full because all of our drains/toilets backed up and water was Overflowing out of each, all over the floor (thankfully, my floors are all concrete and the toilets were clean); however it still made a mess!

Moreover, as I said, it was noon so I quickly got on the phone and started calling places all over town. The news just kept getting worse as everybody was booked out for a week! A WEEK!!!!

Needless to say, you can't wait a week without the use of your toilets and/or drains. I came across Mr Rooters name in my internet search so I desperately called them.

They were so great..... they were able to set my appointment for the afternoon and she told me they would come out and drain my septic in the same day!

I couldn't believe it because I was being told by everybody else, it would be anywhere from 3 to 5 days before somebody could come out (that is including our regular septic tank folks).

Not only did Mr Rooter set my appointment for that afternoon, someone came out for an initial visit and then called the guys in to come pump my septic!

The initial guy came out around 3:00 p.m. and then he called his guy to come pump it. He assured me that they would be pumping it out that night (but I was SOOOO skeptical that they would actually come out and pump it that late).

I just knew I would get a call saying that they ran over at their prior appointment and wasn't going to be able to make it out until the next morning.

It was around 6:00 p.m. last night but as promised, here comes the pump truck just as I said they would. They turned their lights on, backed to my septic tank and they pumped my septic tank out last night! YES, LAST NIGHT....

I can't express how eternally grateful my husband and I are and we can't thank the entire team at Mr rooter enough!

Everyone was so gracious from the young lady who initially answered the phone and set my appointment to the guy who came out for the initial inspection to Adrian who removed our lids a and finally to Devin, who actually ran the pump.

Mr Rooter is now our septic tank guys and for any plumbing needs we may have in the future.

Thank you so much, you have some very happy customers!

Amazing! Our hot water heater started leaking Saturday morning. We called our home warranty company. This is who they dispatched. In 2 hours, being 60 miles away from us, (very surprising!) Two men arrived and our new hot water heater is now in place! It doesn't get better!!!

I apologize for not putting this out there sooner. I was very pleased with My Plumber Plumbing Services LLC. They showed up promptly like said. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were very fair in price. I would highly recommend them. This is my first home and they made me feel safe when they left. Not going to wake up with broken pipes under my home. New pipes. 🥰. recommend them highly. They will do some plumbing projects for me in the near future.

I cannot give a favorable review for My Plumber. After a repair they did I had to have them come back because it was improperly done. Then I had to have another plumber come in and redo it because they said it was improperly done.

This company has the kindest workers, I’m super thankful they were able to help me and my family with our kitchen sink. We had previously spoken with other company’s and they were no help but this company really cares about their customers and their quality work proves it. I’ll definitely be reaching out in the future if I ever need any future services.

There are no words to express how impressed I am by My Plumber!! They have been absolutely incredible in their customer service, communication, response time, and quality of work! From my first service call, to complete installation was 24 hours! I had a few concerns after install and called Tony later in the evening to ask a few questions. As soon as he knew that I had ANY concerns, he said he would be to my home in 30 minutes, and he was! They were so kind and very patient with me.
