After showering, the lever on the turn style faucet would not stop the flow of water when turned completely off to the right.
Dean from Dean’s plumbing came to the apartment, found the issue affecting the pipes and valves and faucet, repaired everything and replaced a beautiful replacement turn fixture with matching faucet. He did an awesome reliable job. And he left the bathroom area in a better state before he entered it. Great job and now I have no worries. Thanks so much for the quick turnaround on what appeared to be a big job. I highly recommend Dean’s Plumbing to people who expect the best!

I can't say enough good things about Dean's Plumbing. From the moment I called, the man on the phone was extremely professional and understanding in a moment of need. He asked all the right questions an assured me that a they would be able to help.
They arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything so I knew exactly what was going on. The technician was knowledgeable and respectful of my home.
They fixed a major leak under my kitchen sink and took the time to inspect the rest of my plumbing to make sure everything was in good shape.
I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know. If something goes wrong, Dean's Plumbing is the way to go.

Mr Rooter sent Adam to our home to help with our drain problem. He was very knowledgeable and quickly went to work to fix the problem. I am extremely happy with the work Adam did. He was very kind and helpful!!! I would definitely call Mr Rooter again!!!

All members of the crew were timely and friendly even when my property had easement exclusions that made it more difficult to install the system, even though that created frustration the company continued to remain calm cool and collected. Overall it was an excellent experience doing business with Mr Rooter!

Mr Rooter makes itself available immediately if you deal with an emergency. Technician friendly, easy to work with him, explains the options clearly. I had a case, where the plastic Delta faucet handle was brocken because the faucet was hard to turn, it was very tight and when turning it kept
Cracking the handle. I have Choice Warranty for years but many times I ended up that I paid the office call for the technician which determined that the warranty does not cover the cause and I ended up paying from my pocket the work. This time I had an urgent case and decided to pay for the cartrige kit and replacement and the Delta handle.
Mr. Rooter is attractive because the office is friendly and cooperative in communication, they do not charge travel fee, do not charge for the estimate and do not charge for office call.
I think, all that is calculated in their price because I felt that their price for work and part was pricier than of the companies I contacted prior. I accepted their price because they were ready to help, when I needed. I did not want to go till next day with water shot off.

Terrible experience. First technician was a very nice guy. But did not have tools to complete the temporary repair. Had to loan sockets to tighten the clamp which he had to go and get. Then could not run a temporary line as he had left his temp. line on another job.

For two days did not show up at all. No call. So I called to see where they were and was told that a Manager would call back. No one ever did except to collect money. When they did show up, there was no call to say they were on the way. When they left, nothing said. Found that you cannot call this company locally. When you call you are calling Colorado. No local support.

Was told by the original technician the emergency service would be applied to and taken off the final bill. It was not. I overheard the manager tell him the clamp would be taken off and reused for another job.

However the real issue is that for three days they left a large pile of cement right in front of the door. Blocks they had jack hammered up.
The person there is a 90 year old person. She had to get out to get her newspaper daily. If that were not enough, the same they left the chairs that are normally to the side of the front door right in front of the door. Not once but two separate days. The had specific instructions to not ring the door bell or disturb the tenant. So they rang the door bell and questioned her.
They tied up a bush to keep it out of their way I presume. The bush is still tied up. They finished days ago.

After calling a technician was out to my house within ⌚️30mins! He came in, knew exactly what the issue was and did the job! It was quick and efficient. 🤌🏼 The man was very polite and knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained the details to me. Had leak on RV lot. Called and had an estimate done the same day. Good price. They showed up Sunday morning on time and done awas cleaneen thing outstanding job. Every thing was cleaned up aand we lef t as frends.i

Quentin came over about 8pm and quickly found the problem, huge roots growing in the toilet drain. He set me up temporarily until my boys leave after Christmas and then he'll be back to finish the the job. Thanks Quentin.

Mike Lopez and Talik were beyond amazing! I had plumbers out before to fix this problem of sewage backing into a bathtub every time I ran the washer. Gross right ? The other guys flushed and did all kinds of things to try to fix it and it still kept happening. The plan to do major work was set and the estimate was given. Yup , another big expense. This time the repair would continue way past the work was complete as I’d need part of a wall taken out to access the pipes behind the tub. What a headache. I went with Mr rooter though because they put a main sewer liner in five years ago and that’s been great. The first thing they did was check to make sure that was still intact and it was great still. Whew…

Fast forward to Mike arriving on the scene. He was also one of the original guys who worked on the liner five years ago. He knew my house and where all the access vents were located. He also knew there was one on the roof He went up there to see what was going on and found a major blockage in the line where the washer connected into the rest of the pipes. Bingo. Problem found but not solved. Omg. This guy and his partner worked for hours unclogging it and even had to get another “ BIG” tool from back at the shop. After persistence and many hours the clog was unclogged. The next step was flush and camera and then coat and seal the pipes Mike noticed a tiny crack and said he’d look at it again after the first two coats of sealant dried. Two hours each. If it looked like it needed it he’d do two more. Well he and his team were at my house til almost nine pm and came back the next day to do two more coats. I felt like Mike took care of us and our home like it was his parents home. So now it’s been two days of work and they’re coming back tomorrow after it’s all dry to check on everything and make sure it is perfect. You just don’t see this kind of integrity anymore in anything. I’ve worked with just about everyone from Mr Rooter including Rueben who we love and of course Dynamite who is actually all that… dynamite! The women who work in the office are wonderful too. They are always super friendly and call you with an eta of your technician.

We are very pleased with Mr Rooter and highly recommend this company They never gave up on finding and solving the problem.
And did I mention HONESTY. Despite the amount of work they did, they decreased the estimate a fair amount since they didn’t have to cut through our wall etc. yay!
