I called yesterday afternoon because my hose bib was leaking. I was scheduled for the next morning. Javier arrived at the promised time. He was very polite and explained everything to me. He was able to complete the job very quickly. I started using Rooter King Plumbing through a home warranty when I bought my house. They have always done a great job and I continue to call them for all my plumbing needs.

Santos did a great job. I felt the company was honest and has fair prices.

Repairman was wonderful my only problem was $750 just for installation that only took a few hours

Rooter King was called by my home warrantee company, AHS, to (1). fix a leak coming out of the wall and (2). fix a backed up bathtub. They fixed the bathtub and said the leak in the wall was because of the blocked line going out to the street, (that they fixed). The following week the wall leak was worse and now its leaking in other places. They came out but said we never told them about the wall leak! They left stating they need another order from AHS. I finally had to call another plumber. What a mess. Stay away. They lie and are incompetent. The house is STILL LEAKING 10 days later!

The entire process of getting my garbage disposal fixed was effortless. Thank you so much. I wish my whole life could be that easy!

Rooter King Plumbing has always done an excellent job with all my plumbing issues. From putting tap outs to the sewer line to repairing the plumbing of an old house, they are efficient, on-time and as trustworthy as any plumber could be. In particular, Cullen, one of their many fine plumbers, explains everything with great detail and the patience of a saint. Their dollar estimates are always spot-on. I highly recommend Rooter King Plumbing for whatever your plumbing needs may be. I will not even entertain using another plumbing service.

Roto King was sent to us by our home warranty company. This was the 2nd time they were sent to us for 2 different problems. We are very pleased with their work. The first plumber was great also. This last time the plumber that was sent out was Jacob. He did a wonderful job. He goes above and beyond what’s needed.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!

I had an emergency pipe leak on Sunday. AHS dispatched Rooter King Plumbing, and within an hour they were at my home. As many reviews mention, Rooter King Plumbing does charge for access. In my case, the technician, Jerry, gave me the choice to open the wall myself or have him do it. I opted for Jerry to handle it.

It was surprising and frustrating to learn that accessing the leak--clearly a necessary step to fix it--isn't covered by AHS. That said, Jerry was transparent about my options, communicated clearly, and resolved the issue quickly.

While I believe AHS should cover access as part of any plumbing job, my emergency was addressed promptly, and I was grateful to have it fixed on a Sunday.

We had a bad plumbing issue since Monday morning. We called two companies and we had 2 no shows. Thank God Rooter King came to our rescue. They went above and beyond . Tyran and Pedro were amazing. Can't thank you enough. Highly recommend.

Jacob arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem quickly (suspected blockage in the main line) and went to work on it right away. Sure enough, there was a blockage between the house and the street. He took care of it and soon had the water in toilets, shower and elsewhere flowing just the way they should. The backups were all cleared out. Jacob is experienced, knowledgable, a good communicator, and just a nice guy too! I had questions about why it happened and why the toilets backed up but not the sinks, why the shower backed up but not the tub, where exactly IS the sewer line, and more. He answered every question and is a credit to his company. I would not hesitate to recommend Rooter King if you need a plumber.

Water heater went out and leaked right before a holiday weekend. Rooter King Plumbing's response was quick. They were at our home in under an hour. We had a new water heater up and running within 24 hours. Highly recommend them.

Terrible Experience! Rooter King sent the rudest plumber who was negative from the start. He told me the pipe was not accessible and he had to take out the cabinets. Cut a hole in the sheet rock and left it that way. I called and asked for a supervisor. They said he would call me back. After several phone calls, I reached the supervisor. He said he would come back to my house with another plumber for a second opinion. After several hours when I didn't hear from him I asked the warranty company to send another company but they just had Rooter King send someone different. The next plumber was fantastic. He said he could do the job without taking out any cabinets. The next morning the supervisor called me and told me warranty co. denied my claim because they said I damaged the pipe myself. I called another company out. They said they could do it without taking out the cabinets and said the pipe was damaged from normal wear and tear. I called warranty co. back and told them this information. They informed me they had partially approved the claim for Rooter King. Rooter King only said the claim was denied. I asked warranty company to send a second company for a second opinion. The new company was able to show it was normal wear & tear and they were able to complete the job without removing the cabinet. The whole thing with Rooter King was stressful and frustrating.

The guy that serviced the water heater was great! He explained everything and when he had fixed the water heater, the space was cleaner than when he started!
Sorry I don’t remember his name but please look it up and give that man a RAISE! He deserves it!
BTW I’d call your company again.

I recently had a plumbing issue that I was quoted over a thousand dollars to repair by another plumber. Rooter King came out quickly(same day within about an hour) and they found the issue and got is all cleared up for a lot less. They were honest about the issue and repair cost and very helpful in teaching me about it. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future, and I have already given their name to my friends and family to call if they ever need a plumber.

Jerry from Rooter King Plumbing returned and reviewed the toilet and was able to fix the problem. I am happy Jerry was professional and got right to work. He explained the problem and was able to complete the work.

The Technician was Very Prompt in fixing the issue very Professionally Executed the entire process!! I would/will Recommend Rooter King to Everyone who needs a Plumbing Solution.

Would definitely recommend! They were able to come out quickly to inspect a leak outside my house and found my main water line had broken. They were friendly, honest and communicative. They put in a replacement line so we could have water in our house right away and the line was fully replaced in just a couple days. Great service and I thought they offered a good price too.
