I live in a apartment complex on the east side both of my bathrooms were back up with sewer water coming up from every drain very nasty ....The office called out Dean's Plumbing and the tech named Alex showed up and solved the problem within 20 minutes...Big shout out to Dean's Plumbing and Alex..Also this was on a Sunday Let's go Dean's Plumbing

I called for a price quote, just to run a 42-foot long gas line from my meter to my kitchen. Dean suggested that we upgrade the exhaust vent for the furnace and replace a shut off valve or two on the furnace gas line. His quote was 10 to $12,000 for this particular job!!! I got the job done for less than 2 Grand with a local competitor.... glad I didn't get ripped off!! Do your research before you decide!!

Called Dean's about getting some plumbing set up for an addition on my house. He was out the next day for estimate and work completed the following week. Very impressed with the quality and quick response.

We had this company come to our office for a backflow test. The test failed and we were given a quote of approximately $250 to repair.

Once they began the repair, we were told there it was going to require more parts to the amount of approximately $600. We were told it would be better to get an entire new unit and the cost would be $800 for parts and labor. We told them to go ahead and get a new unit and they said they would be back first thing in the morning to install and get our water back on.

Later that afternoon at 3:40pm, we received an email stating that it was now going to cost $875 instead of the agreed upon $800. When we asked why it was costing more than the agreed upon price, we couldn't get a straight answer. We felt we had no choice but to sign the estimate of $875 since our water was off and everything was torn apart at this point.

At 11:15am the next day, Dean (owner) showed up to finally install the new unit. When we asked him why we were told $800 and the estimate came in at $875, he couldn't tell us a reason. He called his office and the lady he spoke with denied telling us the original $800 price. Dean refused to honor the original $800 estimate.

I hope the $75 extra they received plus losing our business was worth it since we have used this company for several years for both our buildings.

I love Dean's Plumbing! They are always my first call when I have a plumbing issue at one of the HOA's I manage. Carlos is always kind, professional, and responsive. Their plumbers are always on time and get the job done correctly and quickly. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

This is a very good company to do business with. I was having major issue with my kitchen sink plumbing, and they absolutely did not give up on it until it was completely fixed. I would like to recognize Dean (Son), Alex, Diego and Carlos for their patience with me. They show up on time and are very personable and respectful. They company is very affordable also! You cannot go wrong with this company!
