This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person! They were not only honest, but VERY fair when it came to the cost. I would highly recommend Rooter King for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Rooter King!

Jacob came out under a home warranty claim and got us fixed right up. Professional and thorough in his work with a knowledge of the history of our plumbing parts from the 60s.

We been having issues with our sink and tub draining slowly or not at all. Prior to Rooter Kings coming out nobody been able to 100% fix the issue. They were able to fix the issue and explain ways to prevent having the issue again (the issue was kids dropping things down the sink). They also were quick to order a part for our water heater and we look forward to having them fix the issue so we can have warm water again. I felt understood and comfortable with them even with baby in the house and my brain being exhausted from said baby.

We had a BIG blockage and kitchen sink leak. Rooter King sent Javier to our home ASAP. He worked late hours without a single complaint.

He cleared the blockage and replaced our garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. We'd like to commend both Javier and Rooter King (Jackie) for their efforts and great work.

I had an issues with my water heater and I called to schedule a time and next day I was able to get service. I was planning on getting a new water heater due to age but after inspections, I only needed full flash. They completely flushed out my water heater and now it works amazing with no issues. I truly appreciate you guys and your amazing work. Rooter King Plumbing is the best in the business, they're honest and price is very reasonable. Highly recommend them if you need any plumbing or water heater services.

RIPOFFS and LIARS. They made an excuse for not fixing my water heater for several days. Tried to sell me something not required according to other plumbers in companies. My water heater broke and water got into the adjacent room. They were sent by my ahs to come and fix it. They came out on a Monday to look at it. They said they would be back the next day to fix it and told we would have hot water by Tuesday. Tuesday came and they said we needed to process a payment so that was done. Then they said they couldn't return until Wednesday in the morning and it would be an all day thing. We were not going to have anyone there until noon and let them know. They asked if they left a lock box. We told them we knew nothing about it. I believe his name is Pedro said we will have someone start today which was Tuesday and finish up on Wednesday. We were given a window from 2-5. The plumber came out at 5:30 with another worker and just looked at it and said we will be back tomorrow at noon and you will have hot water by Wednesday. We got pushed back another day from them but agreed. I took off early from work to be there. It was almost 1 and I called because nobody was showing up. Pedro said we refused to pay which was a lie. He said his guy went out there and was supposed to collect a payment. I let him know we were never told about paying before the work. Then he said we changed the order which is why they couldn't come out. I asked the plumber about options because we had a solar heater in a garage that didn't do anything but was connected. Asked if there was an option to cut the pipes and cap them. He said yes. I asked if he can get a quote. When I called Pedro said it would be $200 and then said he wouldn't do it because of liability. He said the entire solar heater needed to come out with the water heater. I asked why did the plumber say yes then and he said the guy was pushover and he was going to say yes. Had me thinking either they dont know what they are doing or are taking advantage. Also if that was something he said they couldn't do then how does that become a change order? Very contradicting. Then he said we refused to leave a lock box to have them work when we originally stated we knew nothing about it. I told him I didn't trust him with what he has been saying so no I dont want anyone in my house with nobody there. He didn't want to write down what work they were going to do either. After his excuses I admit I cursed them out about their service because he said it would be longer before we got hot water and it is starting to get cold outside. I told them to no longer come and am having my insurance make a note to never have them as a contractor for me. Called a different company and also asked another plumber about if the solar heater needed to come out and both said no. One company came out though same day and got my water heater going in just a few hours compared to a full day. He was also charging me over $500 less to remove the solar heater than rooter so I decided to have them do that as well instead of the cutting pipes which they had mentioned to me if I wanted to do but opted for everything to be removed. The other conpany stood late and got the job done right away thankfully. Paid HALF the price and got hot water the same day.

5 ⭐️ worked with my Warranty company when replacing main waterline offset some of the costs and work was done quickly and professionally my front yard was maintained beautifully could never tell they were there. Javier, Aaron, Ty were great.

Rooter King Plumbing was assigned to my service request via AHS and they were very prompt in contacting me and were at my house in another 3 hours. They followed the water and found a broken pipe in corner of bedroom ceiling and repaired it. I hated they had to cut into my wall but they were careful and cleaned up after themselves and also referred to me to a local restoration company who came within an hour and I very much appreciate it. The guys from Rooter King were polite, professional, knowledgeable and also very nice which was a big plus in this stressful situation. The next morning my kitchen sink hot water had low pressure and I requested a recall via AHS (on the advice of Rooter King) and they had a plumber at my house within an hour to clear out some sediment from kitchen line due to water having been shut off the day before while they repaired the broken pipe. I found Rooter King Plumbing to be very easy to work with, great employees, good communication, and overall just a good experience in a bad situation and I would highly recommend them.

Worked with them for a few years now via American Home Shield. The plumbers and staff are always thorough and top-notch. I always appreciate seeing them come up on my AHS app when I need service. Even the out of pocket costs are competitive and up front. Nice work today with the water heater replacement and vent upgrade.

I had two faucets that needed repair. I was connected with Rooter King through my home warranty plan and they sent Jacob out to do the repairs. Jacob was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. He was concerned about a leak behind my wall and called in a restoration company who confirmed there was (thankfully) no leak. I was so glad for his thoroughness!
