Amazing, Great Plumber. I have had so much trouble in the past finding a reliable and affordable plumber. I called my plumber and right away, They got me scheduled, they came out quickly and Assessed the situation. They gave me a quote within my budget and got us scheduled for the job The same week. They came quickly the same day, and resolved our clogged pipes issue in about 20 minutes. Woke up on a Friday morning (of course things always break on a Friday or the weekend) to a leaking water heater. Call My Plumber and within 4 hours Oscar and Tony were here. They went right to work draining the heater, checking available for a new one and worked us into the schedule to get it installed ASAP. They came on Sunday and got the new one installed in a few hours. We highly recommend family owned "My Plumber". They do professional work, they are efficient and reliable.

From the booking process to completion My Plumber was a pleasure. We had our bathroom drains backing up and got a quote of well over $1200 from another place (Strongbuilt). John from My Plumber came over and problem solved our issue and we paid less than 1/3. He listened to our plumbing issues and didn’t run straight to trying to sell us on some crazy work/amount. Simply Outstanding! We had a drain leaking under the home and Tanya and Joe came to the house quickly and were exceptionally professional and friendly; they looked at the work I needed and gave us a quote that was almost exactly halfway between what I considered too low (quality) and too high (value)... sort of the Goldilocks deal :)

John was over the next day to start the work, and Joe and Tanya were right behind him... they of course did a great job finishing up the work, but more importantly they let us know that they really care! They were prompt, professional, and kind (and we shared a few stories and pictures of our dogs).
