This guy wants 375.00 to come out to do a gas inspection. We have a newer house and have to have an annual inspection for business. Talk about pricey

Called and sent 2 guys over didnt seam really interested in doing job. Spent 2 hrs here and stopped. Called woods plumbing and they came and fixed it right away.

Tuhavi installed our sink in 3/2017 and since we have had only luke warm water and no truly cold water despite try to adjust the water hearter.
We just dealt with it and finally called Tuhavi to have it checked out. They had this contractor come out.

They did not arrive on time or call with notice. I had to call Al who had to call his staff multiple times to figure out what was going on. Once they came they said there was a leak which was the source of our lack of hot water and needed to order a cartridge part and would finish the work the next day. The next day they did not call us until I again called Al at 3pm and found out they were finishing a job and we were next. They then said it was a broken faucet and needed to be replaced. We now have no water pressure and still no hot water. The faucet is not leaking either.

Terrible communication, follow-up, and work. STAY AWAY.

They did a major water line replacement for a client. I had checked the progress of the work and the plumbers we excellent in showing what they did and were very detail orientated. Afterwards they also flushed out the lines of any dirt. Great company.

Very undependable service. I had an original appointment for 7am and plumber showed up at 8am. He rushed to complete the job by changing a cartridge in a Moen value, but did not check to see if the actual leak was stopped. I checked myself before he could leave and showed the problem to him. He indicated that another service call would be required as this was more time than he was allotted for this particular call.

A second service call was setup for two days later. There was no call ahead and no plumber that showed up for the service. I spoke to business who apologized, but could not reach the plumber either to determine his whereabouts.

A third service call was setup for two more days later on Saturday at 10am. Again, no call ahead and no plumber showed up for the service. I called the after hours service who indicated they were calling the on call plumber. I never was called. I asked to speak with the manager, who they indicated would be calling me. An hour after my scheduled appointment and still no calls.

I do not recommend this company for any plumbing service needs.

I called on Monday but they returned my call late Monday and they said a repairman would call Tuesday. Repair guy called Tuesday morning and stated he might be in Vail later i the day. He never came by or called. Wednesday morning I called again....he did not pick up or return my call. Business for them must be so good that they can blow potential customers off. They were pleasant on the phone though

I was impressed with the quality of service. On time and knowledgeable. Neat and clean. All the things you would look for. I highly recommend Vail Plumbing for service work, they're the best.

Chris from Vail Plumbing did a fantastic job of getting all of our outdoor spigots reconnected so we have water throughout the three watering

Called Vail Plumbing this morning regarding an underground water leak I had in the main line going into the house. They came out right away and had the leak fixed in a few hours. They did an outstanding job and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend using them. I am definitely recommending them to my family and friends and I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs that I have!
