I cannot recommend this company enough. One of their plumbers, Jake, happened to be doing a job for our neighbors and was kind enough to come check out the issue we were having without an appointment or anything. He also put us in contact with the restoration company that continued to assist us. The owner, Chris, and his entire team are prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They were thorough with all of the work that needed to be done in our house and reasonably priced. Would absolutely use them again!

Very pleased. Work was just a little late but I was informed of that. I especially liked how everything was explained. So we knew what the valve replacement were being done.

Plumber communicated his arrival clearly and was on time. He was polite, professional, and gave my elderly mom a senior’s discount - much appreciated! Job is well done and no mess was left behind. Would recommend!

We had a leak in the garage, associated to an exterior hose bib. The issue was a water line that ran up and through the roof.
We contacted Plumber Kings, and made an appointment. Jake was on time, evaluated the situation quickly and made a plan.

Jake was very knowledgeable, helpful and explained everything he was doing. The quote was reasonable and they provided a military discount. He even went above and beyond to ensure we did not have another issue with this particular water line.

I will definitely call them again, if needed.

Jake and Carlos from Plumber King replaced our old water heater today. Their attention to detail, knowledge and overall performance was perfection. Jake and Carlos treated my home as if it were their home. We are very pleased with the work, a great, pleasant experience. We will use Plumber King in the future!

Highly professional job. Broken water main under a large cement porch. Replaced all aspects of the water system from alley to home. Provided complete breakdown of procedures in initial estimate. All work was done neatly with as little disruption as possible. Replacement of cement and grounds beautifully executed. Workers are very courteous and professional. The entire project was completed in a timely manner and finishing touches included were greatly appreciated. I had two separate plumbing issues that needed immediate attention. I called Plumber Kings because I read recommendations for their services. Robert analyzed my situation and quoted a reasonable price to repair both issues. I scheduled an appointment and was given a 2-hour window. Pete and his crew called to let me know when they would arrive. Pete and his crew were respectful of my property and did a great job. I highly recommend Robert and all his employees!

just had an entire re-pipe done on my home including whole home filtration system, new water heater, new fixtures throughout the entire property and multiple hose bibs in front and back yard. Robert and Ryan two gentlemen I have great respect for and welcome them in my home at any point. The work conducted was efficient and very clean leaving zero to no clean up. My home hasn't had water like this in the 10 years I've lived here. I owe a great gratitude to Plumber kings and the staff associated. Chris (Owner) is knowledgeable and was willing to do exactly what I had pictured in my head. If you are looking for a vendor, hands down no questions asked Plumber kings are my guys. Great job Chris was very knowledgeable gave me a great price. Installed a temporary line for me that day, which was unexpected. Next day Jack and Neol came out dug a trench, and Installed new water line, after inspection was completed,another Great crew came in and completed filling in trench . Plumber Kings treated my Grandma's house like the queen that she was. She recently passed and the pipes under the house collapsed. They worked with me for the best solution with the least disruption to her beautiful yard. Always with a great attitude despite the daily temps being over 100 degrees, they worked very hard and got the job done as quickly as possible. I'll never call another company again! He is an outstanding plumber who does an incredible job. Very hard working and cleans up his area as well before leaving. I found Plumber Kings via Thumbtack. I put out a request for an estimate to 3 agencies. Plumber Kings, Yaya contacted me within an hour. She listened to my non-emergent shower issue but, I think she sensed it was important to me. She had me scheduled for an onsite consultation for Tuesday with an arrival window of 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., with Pete.
On Tuesday at 11:00 Pete contacted me stating his current job was taking a little longer than anticipated. Mind you my window was 11-2. Pete maintained ongoing communication until he arrived at 1 p.m. still within my window. He assessed the issue with my primary shower and even the secondary shower that I always forget to deal with. He provided me with an extremely reasonable quote and stated, he could complete the work same day. Even with a SNAFU with an incorrect piece, Pete obtained the correct part and was still finished in 90 min. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond is nothing more than first class. I am so greatly appreciative of this team and their customer service!

Pete was extremely qualified & kept me informed every step of the way. Also, he was diligent in cleaning up wherever he worked. Very professional. You need more service techs like Pete!!
