Owner talked to me about my plumbing issues and sent a tech over as soon as he could and everyone was so nice, explained in detail and showed me the scope before the work and after work was done. I was so nervous because I have an old home but they were calm and explained in detail and made me feel like they cared. I will never use any other company

Beware these people!!!
Our shower wasn’t draining so we called these plumbers. They came out, snaked the drain, charged us $169 and said to call back if it still doesn’t drain. It didn’t drain so we called back. They got the drain working the second time and charged another $194. After my husband explained how wrong it feels to botch the first job so they get paid twice, the receptionist reduced it to $142. It still seems wrong to charge twice for one job. We feel like we got scammed. We absolutely won’t be using these plumbers again.

They arrived the same day I called to unclog my plumbing. Adrian was very efficient and persistant to uncover the culprit of my blockage.......an errant baby wipe!!! Note to everyone about baby wipes! He was very careful when using the equipment inside my house, and I appreciated the fact that he wore booties over his boots. I would call them again.

If you are reading this you are most likely in need of a plumber. If you are still reading this review, please stop IMMEDIATELY and call AZ Elite Plumbing. I was recently facing a plumbing nightmare (clogged main sewer line located in a public right of way). As I struggled with the realization that the property owner was responsible for the sewer line all the way to the connection with the public line, I had two other companies attempt to rectify the issue. After several hours and about $1600 my line was still clogged. I made one final call to AZ Elite. Not only did Ken the owner personally visit my home twice to diagnose and work the problem, he fixed it. I want to emphasize this. KEN and his tech Adrian had my sewer line clear in just over TWENTY MINUTES!!! Not only that, had that remedy not worked, Ken was well underway to get the permitting accomplished should the dig have been necessary. If you are still reading this and wondering about AZ Elite I will tell you one other thing. I have absolutely and without a doubt found the only plumbing company I will ever call again!!!
