I had family visiting from out of town which added a lot of bathroom usage compared to when it’s just me and my wife. After a couple of days the two front bathrooms started backing up. Arizona Elite Plumbing was recommended by a good friend. Mike, the technician, was very courteous and did a great job! All is well again!

This team performed backflow testing for our neighborhood. Ken went above and beyond to explain technical details during the testing process. Kassie was amazing with communication and coordination, results were submitted to the city same day! Overall was a phenomenal experience!

Luis did a masterful job installing a half pedestal sink, building backing support in the wall, and finding and correcting measurement errors in the manufacturer's spec sheet. For over 10 years we've been working with Elite and they have never disappointed. They have the best plumbers and incredible customer service. For our bathroom remodel, the team went out of its way to get a hard-to-find part and had it delivered the next day. This is a local Tucson small business owned by a wonderful family. Arizona Elite Plumbing recently remodeled our entire kitchen and guest bathroom. Ken served as the General Contractor and I do not have enough great things to say about him and his team! They were timely, professional, clean, and incredible communicators.

They sent a detailed timeline with phases of the project, who would be working on the house, and estimated completion date and we were done with the project and had a beautiful working kitchen right on time. Ken communicated with us throughout the project and was so thorough about getting things done the right way.

They fitted out my master shower with new plumbing… it took me 3 yrs to finish my master bathroom and Ken came back to complete the fittings and make sure everything was just right…. After 3 yrs!!! He was honest and transparent in his communication. He didn’t like how the hand held was fitting, communicated that and gave me some options. Takes pride in his work and doesn’t bullshit his customers. I would 100000% recommend!!!
