They stand behind their work and if any issues come up with the system they are prompt in sending out a Technician to resolve the issues.
Our system had some growing pains due to a new wireless Communication system between the Well pump and the storage tank, this specific system was under built at its factory lacking components to safeguard when power surges occurred usually during monsoon season. After couple of years of trouble shootings and a whole replacement of the system, Mike and his company took care of it at no extra cost.
This is an outstanding company that respects his customers I strongly suggest giving Mike a call if in need of a new water well, fixing and updating an existing one.

Mike's drilling service guys put in a new pump 330 ft down along with some new pipes on June 19th 2025 -- the hottest day of the year -- 113 degrees. They worked all day in that heat and got the job done by 4 PM. Amazing.

Mike's Drilling are true professionals. Showed up when they scheduled work and completed job quickly. Drilled well and then provided all equipment necessary to provide water to my house. Took care of all state required paperwork. And they are reasonable priced.

Our well was not shutting off. This problem has been going on for 20 plus years before we moved in according to other member of the well share. I would have to open the tank and shake the float or go to the well head and manually shut the pump off. The tech said it was the float switch. I explained that we have put in 3 new float switches in the past year. He did some trouble shooting found some loose wires and replaced our 5 month old float switch with the exact same kind and charged me over $300.00. Then he told me "it will probably doing the same thing." He was right 2 days later back to the same thing, well pump not shutting off and overflowing the tank.

Got a quote to upgrade the float switch to a RF Type switch. His quote was literally twice the price of anyone else.

So no I would not recommend these folk nor would I use them again in the future. Plus they are slow to return phone calls.

Mike’s drilling did an excellent job updating our electrical and water pump system. Our system was built in the mid 60s and was falling apart. His team was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend using Mike’s drilling for your water pump system service and maintenance or for new installation.

Mike carries on a proud reputation of being a true Arizona commitment to his neighbors as a reliable and trustworthy well and pump contractor. Living in Tubac, Arizona, a small community totally dependent on groundwater, Mike’s services to us and the surrounding small communities of Arizona are a piece of the past. A handshake is his word. Mike and his team were fantastic!! They drilled a 500’ well for me. From beginning to end, they answered any questions I had, which was a lot because I was new to the process, and they never made me feel like I was being a nuisance.
They were on time, professional, friendly and all around awesome.
They were not the cheapest option but you could tell right off the bat, from their proposal compared to others I received, that they were going to be thorough and worth every penny spent.
We have a beautiful set up and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Mike and his team.

Great experience with Mikes drilling. They were very rounded & experienced in their profession. If you need anything involving a well, I would highly recommend calling them first! We had talked to a few other well companies before we found them, and Mike’s drilling, by far is the best around! With the best pricing.
