Had this service out monday to avra valley. Was quoted $640 for pump out and certification. Septic tank was dry from non use for years so no pump out was required..price adjusted..? No final bill was $795 . Also left a mess behind after completion

Septic Tank serviced, first timeever had this work accomplished. From the initail phone call, anwsered all my queations. Were very knowledgeable and polite. They arrived on time. Explained all my questions about what they were doing and why. Expalined maintanince an potential futher expenses that could be execpted down the road. Cleaned up area and properly marked where Septic Tank was located. Will definetely be using there company next time we need any spetic work dun.

I did not end up using Gross Septic’s services but when I called to see if they would be able to service my RV they were great and honest and gave me a great recommendation on who I could get to come dump the tanks from the RV. So thank you Gross Septic you were amazingly helpful!
