I've used Gross for 10 years. They maintain our septic, and recently they installed a new leach field. They have always been absolutely reliable, professional, on time and super reasonably priced. They're also really awesome guys! I don't think you could find a better company to deal with.

I hired Gross Septic to do a septic tank pump out and inspection for certification prior to house sale. When the inspection revealed a horizontal seam in the cast cement tank that was allowing the entry of tree roots it meant the tank could not be certified 'good' so I had Brian Gross make an estimate to remove the old septic tank and replace it with a new one. The estimate was fair and competitive and a couple weeks later Brian and his crew came out and over a period of a few days dug out the old tank, installed a new tank, backfilled around the tank, had it inspected, covered the tank with fill and restored the ground surface to a good condition. It was a very challenging job to remove the original thick-walled cement tank - requiring a concrete saw, jackhammer and backhoe to break it up and remove it. Start to finish, every bit of the job performed by Brian and his crew was high quality and professional and further, they take pride and care in their work. Brian's sewage pumping truck is clean and shiny like a firetruck, he took care to claw out plants in the backhoe path and excavation area so they could be re-planted, and the whole crew paused to safely relocate a small rattlesnake disturbed by the excavation. As a result of my experience, I can recommend Gross Septic without reservation to anyone who asks.

I needed to learn some basic septic knowledge and was struggling to understand how above ground mounds work. They explained it so well to me and totally made it make sense. The have a ton of knowledge and really help you understand what service you need.

We have been experiencing problems with our septic system. After having two other septic contractors review our problem we called Gross Septic. It was a real pleasure to deal with individuals and a company that were very professional. We were able to schedule a time and date for our requested service. We received telephone and text messages to notify use when they were going to be there and when they arrived, as scheduled, they reviewed our problem and proceeded to investigate the situation. They explained every thing clearly, answered all my questions and out lined what to do going forward.

I had them pump my septic and they were prompt, clean, professional and the price was on point. I also had them run an 80 foot RV sewer line to my septic system. Not a small task due to the hookup location and existing utility lines. However, they knocked it out flawlessly!
