Austin and his team did a fantastic job of making sure our sewer lines were fixed properly. It’s nice to be able to work with someone trustworthy as I am often managing things from out of state. Austin and his team are communicative, professional, and most importantly they are honest, on time, in budget with quality work. (Something we don’t see in a lot of other contractors). We have a very nice paver installed driveway, having a team that could do this without destroying the artistic work of those pavers was key. This team did a stellar job and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants “trenchless” repairs done

I highly recommend Drain Medics Of Tucson. Austin and Robert both were very professional, friendly and competent. The problem I faced was with an older home with cast iron pipes and annual clogs. After scoping the line they found a couple of areas with root penetration underneath the finished concrete floor. They offered several repair options, I chose to re-line the sewer. All of the work was performed from the clean out and roof vent. After descaling the cast-iron pipe, they initially discovered a small cracked area and thought they could do a repair to that section only which would have saved quite a bit of money. While in the process of doing that repair their camera came across an unseen crack down the length of the pipe. Rather than stick with the initial plan they chose to reline the entire length of the pipe under the house which turned a six hour job into a 12 hour job.
I have nothing but good things to say about Robert and Austin, they answered all of my questions in detail and were up front and honest with all repair options. They both take pride in their work and and put customer satisfaction foremost.

Great experience. We were quoted an enormous amount to reline our old cast iron pipes by a plumbing company. Not only was Drain Medics much more reasonably priced, they were communicative and worked around our schedules to get the job done. We’re so thrilled to not have to worry about the types of clogs and backups our older pipes were causing anymore.

First I would like to thank everyone that reviewed this company or my problem wouldn't be fixed now! They are the 2nd house call this year that actually diagnosed our disgusting smelly backup that leaked out of my washer drain, dishwasher and filled up my sink when I did laundry. Drain Medics is more than an average plumbing service. Austin and Robert are hardworking, intelligent, prompt and very careful with the demolition and cleanup! We have more extensive issues but we have time to deal with that at a later date. (The pile of black in my photo was all the smelly muck and decades of the previous owners eggshells and who knows what else from the drain?)

We were having drain issues in our house that was built in 1958. After many estimates and theories that were unbelievably expensive, we were fortunate to find Drain Medics.
They were so professional, prompt and the estimate was the lowest one.! The others were wanting to rip up the whole center of the house to repair. Austin took a look and said they could reline the old cast iron pipes, no ripping up the house!
They have state of the art equipment and had it finished in about two days.

Showed up quickly and got the project done right away. Price was posted so I knew what to pay. Austin was nice and communicated well in advance of arrival and throughout the process

Austin and his crew were awesome! I was told I had a "cracked sewer line" from another company (who gave me a shockingly high estimate). I called Drain Medics for a second opinion. Austin responded immediately, confirmed the line was NOT cracked and only needed descaling/hydro jetting, (saving me a small fortune!) All work was complete within 24 hours! Great communication too - the total process was explained with no surprises. I would highly recommend Drain Medics, and they will be my go-to company to call for any future problems.

I am so happy we chose this outfit. We had a slow drain, attempted to snake it myself, then called in a different company to try. They fared no better, and a week or so later things were backing up again. Not fun. Drain Medics came out, put an inspection camera down the pipe (at no charge), and imaged a collapsed pipe in the middle of my living room floor and intruding roots inside the pipe. Disaster. They gave me a competitive quote and left me to contemplate my options. After sulking about that for a few days, we called them back and they quickly scheduled the project, and then rescheduled it at our request.

On Monday of this week their crews arrived, took up our carpet, built an airtight enclosure around the work area, and jackhammered their way through the floor and dug 5 feet down to the problem area. This was a PITA for them; contrary to what I told them, our slab is in fact post-tensioned, and they had to work around those supports, and randomly-laid water supply pipes too, before getting to the trouble spot. The root they extracted was as thick as my leg, and the waste pipe split and crushed. No wonder that tree was so happy :-).

2 days later, its done. The new pipe is laid in a bed of rock salt, which will keep the root at bay in that area. The 8 x 3-foot hole in my floor was backfilled, tamped, and re-cemented with added rebar for strength. They took down the enclosure, vacuumed and cleaned up all of the dust, dirt, tools, etc, and we're back in business, and our house did NOT get destroyed with dirt and dust as I feared it might. On Friday one of their business partners will return to re-lay the carpet. Outstanding.

When I tell you I was wound up about this project, Austin (head cheese of Drain Medics) can vouch for that. He took my calls after hours, assuaged any concerns I had, was responsive to my ideas, etc. He and his crew also showed up on-time, were considerate of my WFH spouse, and just pleasant and respectful of us and our property at all times. Great crew.

Since we’ve owned some older real estate, we’ve had a few plumbing challenges! Drain Medics has responded quickly and professionally to help us on four occasions. With the first we were able to experience their trenchless repair of an ancient cast iron pipe underneath our 1929 house. We didn’t have any mess to cleanup, or expensive structural repairs. It is amazing technology.
Drain medics also helped us with more normal repairs in an investment property and a simple break in a water line in our front yard.
The most recent project involved trenching and coordination with rock spreading and an electrician to install an RV hookup. All this was done in just a few days with a very functional and attractive outcome.

I thought I had a clogged drain so I called out drain medics for a quote. They arrived when they said they would and after inspection found I needed some pipes replaced. They offered their trench less pipe replacement. I got quotes from 2 other companies both were a little tougher to get ahold of and their pricing was higher. Austin was great to work with and got the job done quickly and for exactly the price quoted. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Drain medics replaced our sewer line all the way from our home to the main sewer in the street. We were very happy with them. They gave us a quote before other teams could give us a quote. Their quote was less than the other teams. They gave us timelines and then met those timelines. Austin was very professional yet very personable and enjoyable to speak with. I called Drain Medics after getting different reports on my sewer line on a house I was selling last company said the line was cracked under the slab so I lost the sale. I called Drain medics because I did not want to tear out the flooring and cabinets in my house Austin came out he ran a camera
And I videoed the screen we noticed it was corroded badly but no crack the cast iron and plastic pipe weren’t fitted too good at the transition point, this company is honest and on time Austin gave me a report and great estimate for reline and fixing transition and replacing a section of pipe in alley where root had cause a high spot,I received an offer for house as is and I passed the report to buyer I highly recommend this company!
