Austin and his crew did a great job with root removal and pipe lining. Professional and courteous throughout and came out the day I called with no "emergency" call fee tacked on. I've already recommended them to someone else who is having tree root problems with their sewer line.

Recently had Drain Medics perform camara inspection and jetting service of sewer service line. The tech, Jake, was through, professional and friendly. He took his time, explained the process, showed before and after videos. I highly recommend Drain Medics. Service was excellent, they were on time and prices were below many of their competitors.

We had an emergency sewer issue at 6 pm. We called and spoke with Austin who said he could be here within 45 minutes and he was. We then decided that having sewer lining done. They were able to get us scheduled for the lining right away. They got the job done quickly and was very friendly. We won’t use anyone else moving forward. The price was more than reasonable and all of their employees were very friendly.

Our family recently bought a house built in 1959 in central Tucson. Our pre-buyer’s inspection revealed cast iron drain pipes with significant wear on them. We got 3 estimates from area plumbers to line the main line. I also wanted the kitchen line repaired. Drain Medics was the only one of the three that had the equipment to epoxy the smaller kitchen line which also had significant wear.

We could not be happier with the work that Drain Medics did! Very professional with outstanding attention to detail. They came when they told us they would and did an excellent job finishing the concrete where the clean-out went in.

We started having recurring sewer and drain problems that kept getting worse over time. After multiple backups and temporary fixes from other plumbers, it became clear our sewer system was failing. Austin and Robert are professional, nice, considerate, and hard-working guys who do an amazing job. They arrived promptly to give us an estimate after surveying our sewer pipes. The estimate was clear and in writing. They thoroughly explained the relining process. On the scheduled day the project was to start — a very hot day — they dug the trench for the relining. Austin and Robert did this so neatly. No concrete was disturbed and the area around the trench was left neat and clean. The trench was at least one foot from the sidewalk and was clearly covered and marked with caution cones and a cover over the trench. On the second day they arrived very early and started the relining process. They were so considerate and informed us when they were ready to turn off the water. After the relining they minimized the time we were without water. Most amazingly, Austin and Robert left our front yard looking BETTER than it did before they started our project. One more example of their kindness…. My husband was working on a project outside and Austin and Robert took a few moments of their time to help him. Very unexpected but oh so much appreciated. These guys are great. When you meet them it becomes instantly clear that they are nice professional young guys who are reliable and hard-working. We received estimates from other companies. The estimates from other companies were comparable but it was Austin and Robert themselves - and their clear presentation of the costs and the process - that sealed the deal for us.

Owner Austin was straight up honest and very sincere. And, recommended other options to my issue. I was NOT told or sold something not needed. I highly recommend giving him a call for any pipe or sewer line issues.

These guys are fast, efficient, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time i made the call, to the point of arrival and completed repair was very impressive to say the least( especially considering that im a 45+ minute drive for them). Every other plumbing company I called for an after hours emergency dragged their feet, or cancelled after saying they could come. Drain medics made promises, and kept those promises. Don't call anyone else, these guys are on top of their game.

Austin and Robert were great to deal with. We had an in-ground grease trap that was old and needed to be replaced immediately. They worked overnight while our business was closed and we were able to open the next day with no issues. Definitely recommend Drain Medics!!

Austin and his brother Robert are a great team. Austin came by to do the initial evaluation which was extremely detailed. He explains everything in a very clear but still thorough manner. He’s also very easy to work with. I appreciate that he’s been realistic, but not rude and tries to meet you where you are to clear up any confusion that may arise . It’s also very helpful that they have videos available and an Instagram so it not having to conceptualize their plans; it’s all in a very easy video of job they have completed.

I had backed up drainage inside the house causing flooding in the bathroom. I called the Drain medics and they came out within 45 minutes. Austin was great! He was able to figure out very quickly what the problem was, using regular equipment, but also a high-tech camera to find exactly where the sewer blockage was. He was able to clear it enough so my tenants could still use the facilities during the night. He came back the next morning, first thing in the morning, with his crew and their digger. They fixed the problem and restored the driveway back to its original look. The concrete work is emacculate. 5 feet hole through the driveway, 6 feet of piping replaced and done better than the original installation, all done in less than a workday. I will recommend the Drain Medics to anyone. Professional, very knowledgeable and real craftsmen, hard to find these days.

Our experience with Austin and Drain Medics was excellent. He scoped the main drainpipes on our recently purchased historic home for free and gave us an upfront estimate for all work to be completed to resolve multiple issues with 100 year old cast iron drainpipes. We had the drainpipes scoped by multiple companies before him but could not get an upfront all inclusive estimate from any. We have used drain medics for planned plumbing projects and also called them in emergencies. They show up on time and get the job done right for a great price. Austin & Robert are very professional and eased our mind during a stressful situation with our 70+ year old homes old pipes. On top of their knowledge & expertise, they were super nice & personable to work with. While I hope we don’t run into any more plumbing issues, I know if we do Austin and Robert will be back to save the day.

Austin from Drain Medis was referred to us by our son. Austin owns the company, and we were very impressed by his professionalism and plumbing expertise. He diagnosed our issues using high-end drain cameras and offered options ranging from immediate fixes to future-proofing. During a fun discussion, the question was raised: if we are doing all this, could we move the kitchen sink? He said yes, but now you're looking at a kitchen remodel. After some careful consideration, my wife and I decided to go big. We ended up future-proofing and literally relocating the kitchen sink for a complete kitchen remodel. The team at Drain Medics handled the replacement of the drain sweep from the kitchen and laundry room to the main sewer line. They relocated the kitchen sink and laundry drains and upgraded to a 3-inch line. Replaced the old Galvanized steel piping on the water lines with both copper and PEX, and even relocated a water line to run a pot filler over the stove. The quality of work was exceptional; they delivered on time and kept the workspace as clean as possible. His pricing was excellent compared to other larger companies we had spoken with. We recommend Austin and his team for any drain/plumbing problem you may have.

The included photos show the cutout in the garage and the old cast iron pipe that developed a channel and needed to be replaced. They replaced all the old pipe and new sweep with ABS pipe.

Our toilets started raising up and not flushing. We had a man come over and clear the vent, which seemed to solve the problem. But then it returned. Meanwhile our drains had always been sort of slow

I called Drain Medics to just look down the vent pipe to see if it had really been properly cleared. They have a visual tube to stick down pipes and see what’s going on. I thought the vent pipe may not have been fully unclogged. But when Austin arrived he immediately spotted something on the front yard that changed everything. A wet patch right under our window was in fact leaking sewage. With poopoo and all! When he put the visual tube in that big drain pipe we saw the entire inside of a very corroded old cast iron pipe going all the way out some 30 feet.

Austin said this rough corrosion would catch T-paper and plug it up. Then in a day or two they’d melt, but then in a few days it’d do the same thing again.

Austin told us most plumbers would replace the drain pipe. That would dig up our lovely natural lawn, take several days, and would be pricey. He could do a coring out of the inner corrosion of our pipe and then coat that with a strong epoxy resin which would fix the problem. It’s guaranteed for 25 years at about 3/4 the pipe-replacement price,would also save our front yard from destruction, and take only a day.

We accepted. Upon further research, I found they were indeed representing the situation correctly and their prices were very reasonable. And moreover they among the few plumbers uniquely qualified to do such repair and at such a price, as this was their specialty.

They showed up and did the work brilliantly. I’ve watched people work and have some experience in the field, and they were top notch. Everything went without a hitch. Again, I cannot praise their professionalism, friendliness, and efficacy enough.

Well, a few days have passed. The drains drain faster. The toilets flush better. A job I feel really good about. I consider it among the best investments in our little old casita that we’ve made.

Drain Medics absolutely exceeded our expectations on a large commercial sewer relining project. Austin, Robert, Jake, and the rest of the team handled this job with an incredible level of professionalism and expertise from start to finish.

What really stood out was their ability to keep our restaurant fully operational during the work. They set up a septic truck bypass system to pump live sewage while the relining was completed. If we had been forced to shut down, we would have lost thousands of dollars in revenue—so this planning alone made a massive difference for our business.

We had a drainage system clogging problem and we had no clean out system in place to alleviate the situation.

We had already had a previous drainage problem that Drain Medics helped us with. The biggest problem is that the drainage system is old but also the previous owners of our property used bad practices in what they put down the garbage disposal. Both calls for drainage problems were related to those previous bad practices but they effected different areas in the system.

This time we had a clean out installed and that portion of the drainage system flushed out of the buildup that was present from the previously identified poor garbage disposal practices.

Drain Medics have done a wonderful job in keeping our old drainage system operating properly at a reasonable cost to us without totally replacing our whole system.

Austin, Robert and the rest of the Drain Medics crew are all experienced and very professional. They are knowledgeable and honestly evaluate and recommend exactly what needs to be accomplished to get the system operating normally again without draining your bank account to make it happen.

As a mechanic myself, I appreciate the clear explanation of everything that needs to be done to fix the problem. I am impressed with everything! The equipment is top notch and the knowledge and experience to use it at a high level by these technicians is first class.
