We were beyond happy when I was able to get in contact with Arizona Sewer Solutions. They came out the very next day and were able to fix the pipes in the front yard without any digging/trenches. Jeremy always has great customer service and they left the front yard looking better than they started by taking the time to sweep up all the rocks A++ service!

Arizona Sewer Solution folks are wonderful! The job was huge, to put a liner in all our corroding 1960's iron sewer pipes. Brandon, Jeremy and Arty were so friendly that it was a pleasure to have them with us. We felt that we'd made new friends! They explained everything as they went along and were fast and clean. They also were super smart, figuring out how to do this big job with minimum damage to our house. They charged us thousands of dollars less than a quote from a competitor and did a superb job with a 15-year guarantee. For example, one part of the job was to replace a cleanout. The competitor wanted $3500 to replace the cleanout and Brandon charged less than $1000. We cannot recommend them too highly!

Brandon and his team amazed us on how well they handled our multiple plumbing and sewer problems. Very responsive, truly professional, very thorough workmanship and great pricing. They identified our numerous problems, offered several options and did not add on unnecessary work. They are the best specialized team I've worked with in over 40 years of home ownership in 5 states. We are very happy with our experience! We called around 10am for a clogged drain and they were at our property by 12:30pm. We live rurally in Pinal County and that never happens for us! They were prompt, had all the appropriate tools and finished up the job quickly. We are so happy to have a fantastic plumber servicing our area. Thank you!

Had a leak in the pipe running through the wall from the kitchen sink to the drain. Old pipes were cracked and full of holes. Art was able to remove outside bricks and find the problem. Pipes were replaced with ABS. Brandon also assisted in getting the job done. Was under estimate because they did not have to go into foundation. The only negative was that we had to find someone else to fix the wall. Their usual mason was weeks behind due to large volume of business. Were able to find a neighbor that helped.

Austin and Robert were very helpful, quick and friendly. Fixed our leaks quickly and set up time for additional repairs. I also had them out for pipe cleaning/repair/ liner installation/ installed a clean out as well as a last minute toilet installation. I cant say enough good things about them and our experience with Drain Medics. Highly recommend them! Thank you for making stressful situations a breeze.

We had a seriously backed up kitchen sink, with dirty water coming up into the sinks. Drain Medics responded quickly and professionally to our situation. They went above and beyond when they came out on a Saturday, making sure that the job got done that day and done right!! First they had to snake the pipe of the sludge that built up in our plumbing (the photo is just some of the backup that came out of our pipes!!!). Then, Drain Medics used their hydro jet hose to clean the plumbing lines—ensuring that the pipes were completely clear and the water was draining. I would recommend them to anyone!

Drain Medics provides excellent service and high quality workmanship! I had a 55 year old cast iron sewer pipe that was failing. Further, it was under significant concrete, walls and tiered landscaping. The line also contained a couple of unusual turns. Austin and Robert devised a plan to reline a section of the old pipes and epoxy coat the remainder plus add cleanouts. They also overcame some unexpected issues. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!

Drain Medics saved the day. I can't thank them enough. We had hired another sewer company - let's call them Wrong Way. Wrong Way had quoted us a price to put in a clean out, descale our sewer and fix a crack and hole in the sewer. Then after they dug up our patio, broke through dry wall in two walls, broke a pipe in our kitchen rendering our sink and dishwasher useless for Thanksgiving, they came back and quoted us double the price that they had originally gave us. We called Drain Medics after reading good reviews online and Austin and Robert came out and gave us a much better price (even better than Wrong Way's most reduced rate). They communicated incredibly well. They went above and beyond - even driving 2 hours away to purchase a special tool that they needed to get our job done right. They were really terrific. They explained everything. Showed us what was going on in the camera and were so pleasant. They just were straight shooters. We realize now that Wrong Way cajoled us into doing things that didn't even need to be done. I highly recommend Drain Medics.

We hired Drain Medics for a complete trenchless sewer liner replacement, and it was a huge job. There were a few hiccups along the way, but none of them were their fault—just unexpected issues that came up and made the project bigger than originally planned. Austin and his brother handled everything professionally and fairly, and we always felt at ease knowing things were under control.

Our house had 50+ year old cast iron pipes that were almost entirely disintegrated causing significant issues throughout the house. Austin & Team clearly articulated the issues and walked us through each step of the fix. As first time homebuyers, the process was intimidating and foreign to us - we learned a lot through the process and felt incredibly supported.

We sought out trenches pipe repair to avoid the invasiveness of jackhammering into our floor. Due to circumstances outside of their control, Drain Medics thoughtfully diagnosed how to access our pipes through the floor with very minimal disruption. It was a pleasure to have them in our house despite the situation, and upon finishing the job, our house is in much better shape than it was before.

I had issues with the pipes backing up and was recommend Drain Medics. Austin came over that day and scoped the lines and looked everything over. There was roots in the lines and the pipes were shot. They put me on the books for repairs and were able to squeeze me in early. All underground pipes either got lined or replaced. The work was good and they kept me informed the entire time. It was nice that they record when they scope the lines so you can see what is actually going on. Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend.
