On the i19 in Green Valley Dec 26th around 11:45AM. They were following me way to freaking close! Literally within a foot of my bumper and they would not back off! Hold this person accountable because they are making your entire company look very bad...

Had water leaking into master bathroom and bedroom due to a faulty valve; service was quick (after hours) and the technician, Will, was able to make the repair quickly. Furthermore, he contacted a restoration company on my behalf, and waited until he knew they were in contact with me, which was greatly appreciated.

Very efficient diagnosis of the issue, and the matter was quickly and expertly resolved. Pictured is wasteline that was infiltrated by roots, the root blockage removed and the final repair.

Technician arrived on time and was professional and courteous. Resolved problem and left the work site clean. Provided suggestions on ways to avoid recurrence of blockage. Would use again.

Last week one of tge valve under vanitiy cracked resulting water pouring out we called Roto Rooter at 8pm on Friday night. They cam quickly will technician. Got te part from home depot and resolved the problem. They did a great job. They

Roto-Rooter plumbing is a real lifesaver! My grandparents, which my grandfather has dementia, had their toilet start to flood the house at 11:30 PM on a holiday. They were able to send out Cody within 45 minutes and fix the issue not that much later. Without the professionalism that Cody brought to the job scene, my grandparents house would have flooded...and stunk! I've got a problem drain, and it has always been cheaper to clear it when it slows down, rather than fix the problem.

Well the problem drain has begun slowing down again.
So I called Roto-Rooter to clear the drain, again.
Expecting to receive the same excellent service at approximately the same price as *I have enjoyed for years*.

However the tech this time quoted me 350% more!
Which was followed up with the slightly more expensive chemical option as an upsell.
My response was to politely escort the tech out the door, and found services elsewhere.

25%, 50%, 75% increase, I find distasteful, but I can swallow, and dismiss it as inflation.

Three hundred an fifty percent! 350%!!! That is not inflation that as both gouging AND predatory.
Regardless of how you classify it, this company has lost my business. I hope *you, my dear comment reader*, take this warning.

Had to utilize Roto Rooter for my elderly parents toilet/drain that was backed up. No other plumber was available to come out on a Friday evening… RR (Will) did respond and in a timely manner, and he wasn’t trying to sell us anything extra. He was up front about the cost from the start and very polite and respectful. He also is very knowledgeable. He was able to locate the blockage in no time.
Unlike other plumbers, Roto Rooter gives a 90 day warranty on their services. So , I will definitely be keeping them as my go to plumber company in the future and recommend them and Will to others. Thank you Will and Roto Rooter!❤️

Great help and wonderful customer service, we had an emergency issue and needed to host Thanksgiving at our home the very next day. James came out the very same day and knocked out the problem with swift urgency without undermining attention and careful detail. Really happy we were lucky enough to have them come up so far since we live in a very rural area. James gave me the reassurance that Roto Rooter takes care of all of Arizona

Cody was extremely helpful! He was a pleasure to work with! Had an excellent demeanor and got everything done quickly. He also went above and beyond with his work, helping me fix my drain, which was awesome. Highly recommend!

Had a few issues with the sewer system in iur shop and Carlos came out and found the problem very quickly and advised us on the next step to resolve this issue. When it was time to repair he explained the whole process and felt very confident that we wouldn't have an issue anymore thank you for the great service Carlos. Will called me before he came out to let me know the most $ the service would cost, due to the Sat premium call. I really appreciated this. We are a member of Parker & Sons who said they could not come out until sometime MONDAY!

It had been raining all day & apologized about his shoes being wet. It’s all good! It didn’t take much time to unclog my disposal. He took great care to catch any water & debris that might come out.

While he was testing the drain he looked at my tub drain which wouldn’t stay opened to drain. He was able to get it out, clean it a bit & I kept parts to bring to my local Ace hardware.

I am impressed with Roto-Rooter! I had an emergency leak at my facility and after calling 5 other plumbing companies I luckily tried Roto-Rooter and they helped me in no time! The associate who took my call and scheduled my service was awesome- they communicated thoroughly, answered all my questions and he was precise. Then I was in contact with the plumber and HE was on it!! His name was Cody, he was patient with me, walked me through his process, and got the job done quickly! After a few weeks they followed up to make sure everything was still okay! I honestly can’t say enough positive things about the service they provided. I took a chance on this company and now I’ll use them again in the future!!

Very unprofessional. Was accosted by one of their employees while driving. Driver wanted "To make something out of it" due to the fact he felt I was too slow! Tried to speak to Management to no avail. Keep your loved ones off the road when you see one of their trucks!
