Plumb Plumbing was able to schedule service to repair a leaking shower even before our schedule allowed! James telephoned 20 minutes before his service call for which he arrived promptly. He methodically went about diagnosing the problem, clearly explaining each step he took for my understanding. James was professional and friendly throughout his repair work. Truth be told, I couldn’t recommend Plumb Plumbing more highly!

We detected water in our garage and side of the house coming from the hot water heater. I called Plumb Plumbing call center on a Sunday morning and the repair man was here within an hour of that call. Sadly, we will need a new hot water heater, but until then all is dry. I am grateful that Plumb Plumbing is truly are a 24/7 business and provide service in a timely manner. I must say here that I did call 3 places in all and Plumb Plumbing was the only one to get back to me even though the other 2 say they are open for emergencies. Thank you James for your efficiency and help.

So far had them come out two separate times to fix two separate problems on my property. Both times I called late in the day, so they had an opening the next day. They ended up coming even earlier, letting me know by phone that they were available. Their guys are smart, skilled, professional, and honestly priced. Solved all my issues without breaking the bank. Suffice to say they are now my go to plumbers. I hope I won't have to call them again, but if I do, I know they'll get me out of whatever sticky situation I find myself in.

I've used Plumb Plumbing twice in the last month. They did the sewer scope for my home purchase and just this morning they fixed two new issues that came up after I moved in. Both experiences were excellent. Both plumbers were professional, on time, courteous, and did good work. I found the rate reasonable and am so happy that my frozen laundry valves and leaking tub/shower fixture are fixed. Will use again when needed!

DO NOT use this rip-off plumbing company. I called them back for a tub/shower install. I wasn’t getting enough water to fill the tub. (It worked before they installed the new copper pipes) They sent out a plumber that did not have much experience. He was here 2 1/2 hours and most of that time was on the phone or sitting in his truck. After he left, we noticed our tub spout was leaking when I went to take a shower. They charged me $310.00. I paid it and called and complained about the amount for the work. They didn’t cash my check and sent it with the next plumber who came out to fix the new problem caused by the rookie plumber.
The next plumber after two visits figured out the new problem was caused by the way the original copper pipe was installed. So, I paid plumb plumbing $180.00 for the original guy and now they want $130.00 for the second guy who came back and cleaned up the mess of the first two plumbers. hmmmmmm. $310.00. I’ve tried to work it out with them and they have no owner or manger who will call me back. They have no customer service. So Frustrating!

We were notified a few months back after being in our building for 32 years that we didn’t have a backflow system on our building for our water….. we contacted Plumb Plumbing and spoke with Aaron who gave us a prompt bid on installing one for our business. After several months, we recontacted him and he updated the bid with a very fair price. He sent his technician Pete out to install the backflow device. Pete was not only knowledgeable. He showed up on time was thoughtful about his time that he was there because we had to have our water turned off and we wash cars, so water is kind of an important factor for our business, and he was very courteous of that. I would highly recommend this business for their professionalism, quality of work, value in cost of labor and supplies.

I stumbled onto Plumb Plumbing, and I’m so grateful I did. From the man who did my estimate to the office manager and the installer, all were professional, courteous and helpful. What a find. While waiting for my electrician to do work for my job to be completed, I suggested Plumb to a friend who used them for a job and was quite satisfied, in sharp contrast to her experience with a very well known company in town. Look no further, these are the guys to choose.

I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of Plumbing 360. Ramone gave us such a great value on the services and repairs that we needed done. He fixed the toilet and unclothed the sink under what was quoted in both time and money. Thank you so much for coming in masks, gloves, and booties to keep us all safe and our home clean.

All I can say is I wish there were more people like Ramon. I have so much respect for someone who takes pride in his work and goes beyond the normal to satisfy his customers. My AirB&B sprung a leak. They called me. I called him. Ramon had the water shut off and the problem diagnosed before I even got there. Less than half and hour. He then proceeded to go get new parts and fixed it NO CHARGE. In less than 2 hours. Too awesome Ramon!

Ramon and staff came immediately at 10:00 at night and quickly resolved the issue. Very professional, courteous and friendly. I will definitely call Plumbing 360 again when I need plumbing services.

Mr. Rangel and his tech were very professional. After I explained to Mr Rangel the hot water problem I have at home he went straight to work and figured out what it is that is causing the problem. He thoroughly explained what needs to be done and will return to fix the problem. Thank you

Mr. Rangel returned today and fixed a leak in the bathroom and a couple of leaks under the kitchen sink. Him and his assistant worked great as a team. They were friendly and they explained the problems thoroughly. Thank you

Ramon is a true professional - his personality was genuine, his knowledge was experienced, his customer service was impeccable, and his work ethic was impressive. Best experience I’ve had ever when leaning on someone to fix your exhausting problem like it was theirs.

Ramon was friendly and efficient, and answered all of my questions. He did a great job on the work performed. He also was very good at communicating his work to his apprentice. He will be my plumber going forward…..

Ramon was a great big help. Just moves into our new house and then the kitchen pipe broke open. Roman, is not only a plumber but also the Owner. Very nice guy, came out the very next day.

I cannot overstate how excellent Ramon is. He came out for an emergency plumbing situation back in October, kept in contact and just came by to do a free inspection with the camera, free clearing again, and provided several options for repair and/or maintenance. Honest and quality work, very friendly and professional, 11/10 would recommend.

We had an outdoor spigot corrode and burst- Ramon came right away, was very communicative about his arrival time, showed up exactly on time, and fixed our issue very quickly. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Ramon was my plumber last weekend. He has helped me twice before for other plumbing issues, and I prefer to use him each time because I completely TRUST him and he is very competent and really knows his stuff. I trust and rely on all the Plumbing 360 team! I know I sound like a commercial here, but I really love having a reliable plumbing outfit I can call anytime and know that they will do honest and reliable work and won't try and rip me off like another plumbing business tried to until Ramon came by. Really!

2. Had same kitchen line blockage as before, and as before Ramon and crew came out quickly, did a bunch of testing, and cleared the drain line in minutes. Ramon reminded me the work was still under warranty from his previous visit, so there was no charge. It doesn't get any better than that.

1. Our kitchen sink plugged up the night before we were to leave on a trip. Called Plumbing 360 (formerly Senor Rooter)the next day, and Naomi rearranged the schedule to get Ramon out early that morning. He spent nearly four hours cleaning a solidly packed drain line and then cleaned up the mess before he left. Nice professional people and excellent plumbing service.
