Ramon was helpful and gave us a competitive bid, though not the lowest. Also Plumbing360 charged us $89 for the estimate, none of the other companies I called charged me for an estimate. If I were to do it again, I would not accept the charge for the estimate unless they agreed that theirs's would need to be the lowest estimate in order to be payable.

Scheduling was easy, they even showed up earlier than the scheduled time. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and pleasant. Fast service and up-front prices. I will definitely use their services again the next time I need plumbing assistance. Ramon and Emilio were great! Thank you!

We had such a positive experience with Plumbing 360! We had Ramon out on a Monday due to a clogged sink. He explained the issue and what he could do, and gave us a quote. We decided to try our luck with our warranty company, who sent out another plumber. That plumber said the resolution Ramon recommended was correct, but that it was not covered under our warranty. He actually said the pricing Ramon quoted us was very reasonable and better than they could offer us if we went out-of-pocket. So I called him back Wednesday morning to ask if he could return and do the proposed work; He was here by 1pm that same day! His work was great and the price was extremely fair. We could not have asked for more! Definitely would recommend, 100%.

July 17, 2023 - based on the positive experience I had with plumbing 360 and my mother-in-law's house I contacted them for an issue at my own house. The problem occurred on a Sunday and I'm pleased to say I was able to reach Ramon and we made arrangements for him to come out Monday morning. Like our previous experience, Ramon was patient, collected my information about the problem and systematically ran through some diagnostic checks. Ramon is knowledgeable with great customer service!

My mother in law had been having issues with her water heater for weeks. The first plumbing contractor I contacted came out, assessed, and diagnosed the issue as the appliance wasn't getting enough air. The technician appeared rushed and didn't take the time to listen to the full scope of the issues the appliance was exhibiting. Total waste of time and money. I contacted Plumbing 360 and they sent out Ramon. Ramon diagnosed through a thorough step by step process, making sure I was informed of options and costs every step of the way. Ramon ultimately determined the issue wasn't with the appliance at all, but was likely an issue with the gas meter itself. Yay! Finally an answer. I contacted Southwest Gas, informed them of Ramon's findings. They sent someone out within hours and replaced the meter and regulator; everything is working perfectly now. Thank you Ramon, for your excellent customer service and perseverance in helping us with our problem. We will not hesitate to contact Plumbing 360 again for our plumbing and related needs.

Have been using Plumbing 360 for years. Ramon has always responded quickly and acted professionally. Silly me had a glass bowl get into my disposal and ground it up...until it stopped working. Ramon was able to get to my house within a few days, quickly clean it up, and offer advice for keeping the unit working. Prices are reasonable and I love using Plumbing 360.

We woke to find a flooded kitchen. American Leak Detection (Luke) came out to assist in finding the leak (also highly recommended).

Luke gave me the business card for Ramon Rangel & he arrived at his earliest convenience. While here he took as much time investigating the issue as he did working on the issue. He asked if I had any neighbors with similar floor plans . . . to which I said I did. That neighbor let us visit her property to take measurements to assist in the diagnosis of our water leak. Additionally, this neighbor had the blueprints for our style house.

So, after his investigation & consulting with the neighbors resources . . . Ramon was able to find the exact location of the water leak (in a concrete slab in a great-room) . . . & was able to demo a minimal amount of tile/foundation.

Not only have I been pleased with the actual quality of work he did .. .he went the extra step of protecting our property with floor protectors & he constructed a tent around the area he had to jack hammer.

So, I absolutely agree with the Google ratings of 4.8/5.0. I think it's well deserved.

This company Plumbing 360, came in less than 1 hour, and fix our long long years problem of our sink backing up every year!! He was true and honest, and fixed our problem, like no other plumber had done so, he is experienced and knows what he is doing. I truly recommend him, he is affordable and even have is a warranty !! Recommended!!

I don’t know where to begin, Ramon and the crew at Plumbing 360 are fantastic! I received several bids for a leak under my slab that required rerouting through the walls in my bathroom. As opposed to drilling the slab. Ramon came out and did a thorough estimate. One of the reasons I picked him because in his bid included fixing all the drywall including texturing to match.
Day of the job, the crew was on time and wore shoe covers and laid down plastic to protect my floors. My house has some difficult plumbing issues and they worked through them and kept me informed at each major step. The job was done on time and Ramon sent his crew the next day to fix the drywall, they did a superb job and you can’t even tell we had the whole wall demolished.
This company has a family run type feel with all the professionalism of any other big company. Ramon genuinely takes pride in his work and professionalism. I couldn’t be happier. Naomi in the office was always a pleasure to deal with during scheduling etc too.

Plumbing 360 has my business and I highly recommend them!

Update, 6/24/25 , We had another what we consider big issue with the washing machine draining. Ramon gave us options, was on time and had it fixed in no time!

Just want to say Plumbing 360 was absolutely amazing to work with. They are definitely on the roster list for our new plumbing needs. Very reasonable, honest and hard working. Ramon explained everything in detail that was wrong and his Right side man Riyad was handy and on the go! Thank you a bunch For the amazing work!

Introduction to homeownership.
Called earlier this morning requesting emergency service cause our irrigation system wouldn’t shut off. They got someone out there in less than an hour. Was there as well, they asked if I wanted it fixed or shut off. I said just turn it off no need for irrigation system. He removed the valve and just capped everything. Very informative and helpful.

Will highly recommended to all my homeowners out there.

The installers did a great job! They were able to finish in a timely manner and the sink came out great!

We had a serious issue with main water line running from the meter at the street and the connection to our home. The line ran under our driveway and other hardscape. They offered us more than one reasonable solution. Everyone at 360 was knowledgable and very professional. If you need an excellent plumbing team that you won't see advertised on TV and radio, you'll be glad you called Plumbing 360.
