Love Plumb Plumbing! Once again they saved the day at my rental property. They taught me a few plumbing tips and tricks as well. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Loyal customer since 2005.

He politely called ahead, was right on time, super professional and friendly, and even cleaned up the kitchen before leaving. Please send him again in the future. Had these guys do our home plumbing inspection before purchase, and then the new gas line to the pool heater. Each time the techs and estimators were professional, on time (even early), and completed the work inside the estimate. I would recommend for any need.

They sent a plumber out on time. I needed them to install a faucet disposal and connect the dishwasher. I've been in the construction business for 50 years. Usually takes 2 hours to do that. The plumber on the job was on the phone walking around wasting time got charged for 3 and 1/2 hours plus parts don't use these people. They don't have any integrity.

This is a really good company. They are very responsive, knowledgeable, reasonable and professional. We had a leak that ended up in our downstairs neighbor's condo. They worked us in their schedule and fixed the leak for a very reasonable price. They were recommended to us by our condo manager and we appreciated the referral.

I can't say enough about this locally owned business. The owner and his team spent so much time and energy on what I'm sure was a small project for them (but a big one for me). I truly appreciate their expertise, professionalism, and the careful cleaning and partial replacement of my 1920s sewer pipes, buried in a neighbor' yard. They truly earned a loyal customer, and I'm whole-heartedly recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Fantastic work by Ray today. He called ahead to notify me when he would be arrive. Ray was on time and did a very professional job of installing new pvc pipes and garbage disposal under our new kitchen sink. He did it all in an hour. Thank you Plumb Plumbing and Ray for helping us!

These guys are really excellent. They’re the only plumbing company that I’ve been able to get consistent fast work done on clogs for tenants, and they are friendly and well priced. I stopped even trying other groups.

Steve and Aaron are the best. They are professional, responsive and knowledgable. We had a leak on our whole house water filtration unit. They diagnosed and fixed it in less than 1 hour. I recommend Plumb Pluming for all of you plumbing needs.

I love Plum Plumbing!! They always come thru for Us. This past time was a Saturday night at 10:00 for an emergency broken pipe. The technician was the absolute best and we couldn't have been more appreciative to have water turned back on the same night. Great People, Great Service and Honestly Great Prices too! Joey was very professional and came out to give us a quote to completely replace our water line. He asked the age of the house and challenged what another plumber had told us which was that we had galvanized piping and it all had to be replaced. Joey felt that was wrong and we determined that Joey was right, we did not have galvanized pipe. He saved us thousands of dollars we were terrified to spend, and right before the holidays too. They scheduled a tech, James, to come out and replace the leaky water valve and faulty galvanized nipple the very next day. In the end, they were more affordable, honest and better quality then the first plumber who dug a few inches and said it was all galvanized. I do not write these often but when I do I am either really annoyed and upset with someone’s customer service, or someone made it to my contact list. Plumb plumbing is in my contact list now and I will absolutely recommend. By the way, James was a good honest plumber too!

Satisfied with everything and recommend. Professional and complete estimate to redo bath plumbing. Great turnaround time on estimate. Office staff friendly. Plumber who did the work was courteous and knowledgeable . Cleaned up job site well. Prices competitive. Would definitely hire again.

This is my second time using them in the last few months and every time they do a great job and discuss the best and least expensive options. They don't try to force expensive services on you. Between my parents and I, we have called other plumbers in the past and they don't show up. Plumb Plumbing comes when they say they are coming and call right before they show up. I would recommend them to everyone.

I used Plumb Plumbing for a whole house repipe. They quoted an extremely fair price. For future reference we shopped around a bit.

Ultimately we went with plumb plumbing for a handful of reasons.

1. The plumbers were knowledgeable and professional. The guy that gave the quote showed up on time, walked in and had a game plan mapped out and full quote in about 15 minutes. We also wanted a water softener loop which was no problem.

2. Plumb Plumbing at least when we got the repipe done subcontracted (I believe) to patch all drywall.

3. Their guys showed up on time every day, communicated everything clearly and cleaned up after their work. Repipe went flawless and I couldn’t be happier with the work.

The ONLY thing I took minor issue with was the guy who came out to put my appliance back. He definitely was not gentle with the appliances and insisted on taking my door off to put them back, then asked me to help with moving appliances and putting the door back on. I just wanted my house back so I helped but I probably shouldn’t have due to insurance coverage issues if anything or myself was damaged or injured.

To compare we got several quotes from other companies… Other plumbing companies showed up late for the quote, or even rescheduled. Other plumbing companies also tried to argue with me about water softeners which I have previously had and told me it doesn’t make a difference and I should go with their $15k system or that the drain for the softener would require them to cut up my driveway to tap the sewer main.

Plumb Plumbing is a class act. 9/10 recommend but be careful about the appliances

Called plumb plumbing at 2:15 they were out to my house at 3:20. They cut into my wall and got into my crawl space and fixed the issue in about an hour and charged me $176. I’ve never been more impressed with a plumber (James). I’ve been looking for a plumber that doesn’t gouge me on price and does good work and I’ve finally found them. 👍👍👍👍👍

I ordered a 3rd party water conditioning system for my house (as in not normally sold/recommended by Plumb Plumbing). Plumb Plumbing was very welcoming to working with an unfamiliar product and get it installed in a timely manner.

The work they did looks fantastic and very professional. I couldn't have asked for better.

Had very tough clog in our condo. Required two visits. Steve and joe were very knowledgeable about our location and the problems with the system. They were dedicated and determined to solve the problem. Took more than three hours in the two visits. Highly recommend. They care about the job and take great pride in their work.

We used Plumb Plumbing to replace our all of our natural gas lines after Southwest Gas detected a leak. They had the best estimate and did great work in very hot weather without any complaints. They made sure that they addressed all of our concerns and we passed the city inspection/approval on the first try.

A great and reputable plumbing company run by a team of honest folks. Their prices aren't the cheapest in town (though not the worst either, theyre comparable) but would you rather pay a budget company multiple times or pay a little extra to have quality work done right the first time?

They're a company that cares far more about doing the right thing than making a buck and as such they've earned my business as my go to plumbing company.

If you are a single woman trying to take care of your home, do not use this business! I hired Plumb Plumbing to re-pipe my house and install a hot water heater in March of 2021. The cost of the job was a little over $9500. While they were installing the hot water heater, I was walking past them in the garage, and overheard one of the workers saying "oh, my god." When I asked what they were concerned about, they said "oh nothing," but as they continued to work, I realized that the hot water heater they brought was too large for the space, but instead of talking it over with me, they fabricated connections that look quite complicated. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they must know what they are doing, but something happened last week that makes me feel obliged to speak up. Last week, I noticed a leak coming through the ceiling of my garage. Plumb Plumbing sent out the same man (James H.) who supervised the original installation. This man tried to tell me that the leak in my garage was occurring because I was not using the liner to my shower curtain properly and that the leak in my garage was caused by my shower water spilling out of the tub and going through my bathroom floor. This explanation made no sense and was also insulting because every adult knows how shower curtain liners are used. I have a shower curtain liner because I don't want water spilling out of my bathtub. The liner was pulled back, because I had cleaned the tub for their visit. He also told me that I needed to pay him $130 for the house visit and this ridiculous advice. Finally, after an argument, James H. told me that he would cut through my sheetrock just to see if anything else was going on. When he cut through the sheetrock, he found that the tub overflow gasket was leaking. He then told me that the repair to the drain was not covered under their re-piping warranty because "drains are not pipes." This is the first time I have ever written a bad review of a business, but I hope that my experience will save others from being ignored and dismissed.

Love Plumb Plumbing! Fair prices, quality work, and they're always efficient. I had very bad experiences with two other plumbers before my realtor recommended them, and I wish I'd found them sooner. Could have saved a lot of money and frustration
