Ramon personally answered phone and was very responsive with same day appointment. Part was needed to be ordered so he returned early next day with part and completed repairs.

Ramon is great he's helped my business out with urgent issues twice now and is always true to his word.

RAMON, HERO AND CHAMPION - Superb plumber par excellence who saved me a boatload of money!!! PLUMBING 360!!!

Seven or eight years ago, I had a plumbing catastrophe in my home: water started spouting forcefully out of the shower drain, toilets and sinks were overflowing, and talk about STANKY!! I called a larger, well known company who sent a crew over and they scoped the line that went to those PVC pipes that stick out of the ground next to your house and they said they couldn't access them for some reason so they had a guy who spent a whole day digging and removing pebbly earth from around all the pipes, yet he didn't really make much progress and came back for a second day of digging earth around those inert pipes.

Meanwhile, some other henchmen lead by an overweight lead guy who diagnosed that we had to cut a deep hole 2' x 3' in the concrete floor of my garage, right smack in the middle, halfway in. He said that section of the underground sewer pipe that ran under the garage, was hopelessly blocked and that section needed to be cut out and they'd have to remove that section, wiggle some new pipe down int ok this not -so-shallow hole and weld it into place. A crew of six was required for three to four days of what began to me to be carrying the whiff of bull shit. Halfway through the first day, with the hole in the garage floor half-jackhammered out. Job estimate was somewhere about $7,000 to $8,000...they told me the pipe was cracked.
SOMETHING. DIDN'T. FEEL. RIGHT.

SO, here's the part I've been building up to...where RAMON arrives after that other crew had decamped for their underground lair, and oozing relaxed confidence and totally competency - you could tell he knew his stuff just by the way he went about checking out this partially messed up scene, he looked around, got his special plumber's fancy precision camera scope, then rose from the ground, dusting himself off while wordlessly shaking his head, “How much did they tell you this job would be?” And I told him. He replied, “Boss, let me tell you. You don’t need a new pipe. That pipe is just blocked and I can clean it out for you and it’ll cost $450”.

Needless to say I called the big outfit the next day, told them I got a second opinion, I wasn’t going to use them or pay them and they sent over a skinny guy the next day to fill in the pebbly holes around the pipes and then Ramon did a beautiful job with a bag of cement and made my garage floor look almost like it had never been messed with.

Since then, I’ve needed plumbing services a few times, today he did a maintenance flushing of my hot water heater. I always call 360 and ask for Ramon. He is an honest man and will not upsell you or overcharge you, just the necessary job at a fair price!

Water was backing up everywhere in my house...shower, toilets, sink, etc...which is an emergency anytime, but especially during the holidays. I called Ramon, and he and his son left their own own home ON CHRISTMAS EVE to arrive at mine within an hour, and he fixed our issue within minutes. And, he showed me what to do if the issue ever recurs. I promise you, my family's wonderful Christmas Eve would have turned out VERY differently if not for Ramon's dedication to his craft and customers...such a rare ethic these days. Thank you, Ramon!

Excellent and prompt service! Professional support had my emergency home issue quickly resolved. Being without access to water was a huge issue for my family of 6, who I had to send over to grandmas for the day. Plumbing 360 was at my house about 1 hour after I called them, and finished a few hours after that.

We had to cut into my walls to access plumbing, but a clean access panel was installed in that spot for future access if needed. Before leaving, the plumbing team even brought my exploratory holes in the front yard back to new as they filed them and raked the area over.

Ramon did an excellent job. Very respectful and professional. He was able to fix a leaking pipe the first day he came out. I had him back the next day to fix a toilet. So glad I found a great plumber! Highly recommend.

George is a trust worthy trades person and a detail oriented plumber. He not only fixed the issue with my pressure regulation in the house, but also recommended several items to help me avoid a future service call and proactively fixed that too. All at a reasonable cost....I would absolutely recommend him!

George and Aaron are awesome folks to work with. I had a shower replacement that needed to be done right away and the owner George was able to squeeze me in and have the job done the same day. That's something many companies don't do, they do care. Zing Plumbing is highly recommended!

George really helped me out when I was in a tough spot. He came out and took care of my moms plumbing needs on a mobile home that is over 50 years old. He is very kind and got the work done in a timely manner. I have already asked him to replace two of my toilets in my own home as well. You will not be disappointed with George!

We have used Zing Plumbing on at least 3 occasions. First time I was trying to replace a shower cartridge and it would not budge. Called another plumber who quickly threw in the towel. Called George at Zing and he was able to get things fixed.
Used Zing another time for my in-laws pressure test and to update their plumbing. George was very patient with my in-laws who were both dealing with Alzheimer's.
The 3rd time was to give some advice on the gas fittings for our oven. He was able to troubleshoot it and point me in the right direction.
I would use Zing again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them if you have plumbing issues.
