Brian showed up left hose loose to the washer. Caused damage to my garage motor, now the owner won’t return me phone calls.

Such a great experience! Awesome customer service. It was quick and Mathew was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! And the price for fixing the dishwasher was far cheaper than I thought!

I called Central one out for a service repair to my fridge. Matt came out and diagnosed my problem and told me right away what the problem was. He gave me and estimate and was done in probably in 15 minutes. He very prompt, knowledgeable and knew what he had to do to get the job done.

Very friendly gentleman came and looked at refrigerator. Immediately diagnosed as bad compressor. 2 year old Frigidaire. Then checked temperature with gun and stated it might be fooling us both. Temperature was heading below 30. Said to put something in freezer and see what happens. $200+ and not sure what’s wrong.

I was impressed with how efficient their booking system was…real people aided by technology…and the real person I talked to, within half an hour talked to another real person….who called me back in that same timespan…made an appointment with me and then on that day, the serviceman let me know he was on the way…
The serviceman was very polite and efficient. He let me know what part I needed and let me know when he could install it and how much the total would be..He was back in less than a week…mind you Christmas was within that week..Again he was on time and had the part put in before I had taken my first sip of hot tea…He let me know how long to let the freezer run before filling it up with groceries..what to watch for and call him about…as well as checked the lightbulb (I thought it was burned out and had already put it on my shopping list) but it was just unscrewed…asked me if I had any more questions…Problem that I had worried about and postponed because I thought it was going to cost me a lot and I’m on a limited budget …didn’t and without the struggle it is most of time nowadays…when things become over-computerized…I really recommend this service and when I looked at the list of things they can fix and do…I will be calling again

Work was good, employees very kind and helpful. Howeve , I promptly paid my bill before they finished, they did not place my appliance back in their correct place. I would think if you charge that large amount, you would conside placing the products in the correct position. Thank you

They gave us a date and time frame to give us an estimate...they arrived within that time frame. They did have to order parts for the dishwasher so that meant a second appointment. They notified us as to when the second appointment would be and they arrived well within that time frame. Brian came in and worked very quickly and resolved our problem. The price was very reasonable and NO NEED FOR A NEW DISHWASHER!

Matt was professional He called before arriving and was very pleasant. I felt comfortable with his presence . I was pleased with promptness of service and will definitely call again with any additional needs.

There were issues with my dryer and my oven. Both over 18 years old.
The technician conducted a full inspection of both appliance with quote for the repairs. The parts were order same technician returned when the parts arrived in a timely manner. Both appliances worked good as new once the repairs were conducted. I recommend Central One services for all appliance repair's. Very professional!!!

This is the 2nd repair on my appliances completed by Central One. First was the refrigerator and their service earned them a call back for an under-counter ice maker repair. Today's repair was done quickly and efficiently by Matt, who is an excellent tech with 30 years experience. He diagnosed the issue quickly and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. Will definitely call Central One again.

Matthew was professional & friendly. He did a great job at explaining the problem and was efficient and knowledgeable about everything. He came out and did the repair quickly. I can't recall the guy I spoke to to set up the appointment, but he was professional and communicated the time of the service call and repair call and kept me.updated on the delivery of parts.

Really nice guys. However, my washing machine still doesn’t work after several visits to fix it and ordering different parts. I ended up just buying a new washing machine. And the one they worked on was only 3 years old. I really liked their customer service with how they treated me as a customer, but I paid a lot of money and my washer was still not fixed.

Our ice maker in our fridge went out, called Central One after hours and had tech out next day. Replaced ice maker and up and working on time. Carl was tech on the job, tons of experience and good man to work with. Highly recommend.
