An individual came out looked at the machine and stated it’s no good and it’s the compressor and I’ll send you an estimate for a new one after charging me almost $300 dollars. The estimate was nearly 9 thousand dollars!

I called another company and it was fixed in 15 mins and was charged only $130 dollars. The machine is now working great.

Central one service sent us Zac for our appliance repair needs.. One to repair our dryer and about 4 weeks later to repair our refrigerator.

I was very pleased with service techs that diagnosed and fixed the problem with our 21 year old Kenmore refrigerator. Matthew diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed for repair. Brandon installed the part two days later when part arrived. Best experience I have ever had with communication from start to finish of repair. Both men arrived at scheduled time and called 15 minutes ahead.

This place is a rip is a total rip off i wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this so called company. they wanted 150 dollar just for telling me I needed a heat element and the total would be 400 hundred plus dollars for the repair

The technician called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He identified the problem and told me the solution and the cost. He fixed the problem and I paid him. I have used your services in the past. I don’t see the need for me to be present when the technician comes. I think your price is too high.

I called this company for my grandmother & they did not give her a pleasant experience. Also they left no paperwork for review of the diagnosis and asked about payment before working on anything. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

We were so pleased with service from Central One Service. Our tech Brian was friendly and got our oven working in no time! Would recommend this company to everyone.

We have been calling the main phone line and emailing the owner since March to receive a refund on a part that didn't fix our dryer issues. As a result, we had to purchase a new dryer. We were ensured a full refund by the repair man. Each time we call to inquire about the refund, we are directed to new people that never get back with us. We have been more than patient. At all costs, I would avoid this business. If you go to the Markham address, no one works in the office.

Brian communicated well with when he was coming. Did a great job explaining what was wrong. Answered any questions I had. Very friendly.
