Tyler was awesome, he came and repaired everything and was even early to our appointment. Not only did he repair our appliance but provided general maintenance tips on how to prevent further issues and kept us informed of other issues we could face moving forward. Very knowledgeable Tech, was friendly and professional.

I have called A-Tech twice now because the repairmen did such a good job the first time (Speed Queen Washer). Even when I wrongly thought they had not got something tight and (two weeks later) there was a scraping sound the repairman dug out a piece of wire (my fault) when he didn't have to.
The second repair (Kenmore dryer) the repairman was just as professional and completed the job in a timely manner.
Both jobs required ordering parts and it was handled by the repairman before they departed. If I had questions concerning an arrival date, I called the A-Tech phone number and was told where the part was located. The repair personnel followed up to finish the repair quickly. Everything went smoothly and was less expensive than buying a new appliance.

We were very happy with our service with A-Tech Appliance Services. Our service tech was very nice and very skilled at his job. He was so aware of the inconvenience of having our refrigerator unavailable and came right over to put our new part in as soon as it arrived. Thanks for your hard work!

Had a tech misdiagnose our ice machine. Spent months and a couple thousand dollars replacing parts that didn’t need to be replaced. Manager Aaron called saying they don’t stand behind that and would be refunding for the parts not needed. New tech came out and was great (request James if you must use them), temporarily solved the problem - 5 months later and the problem is back… never received a refund, have called 5 or 6 times over the last few months to check on that refund, and cannot even get a phone call back.
Problem not solved, paid for parts not needed, promised a refund but no follow through or even the decency to return a call with an explanation.

James fixed our dryer on the initial service call. Not only did he do fabulous work, but he was also professional, friendly, respectful, courteous, and compassionate

I am immunocompromised and require anyone who comes into my home to wear an N-95 to protect me from illness. James called before coming and asked if he needed to buy one. When I told him I would provide it since it was my requirement, he reassured me that he would take care of my appliance and also keep me safe. It was a breath of fresh air after having recent service by other companies whose technicians showed no compassion and zero respect.

I am grateful - both for a dryer that works again and for a little bit of restored faith in humanity. I had never used this company previously, but now I have their number saved in my contacts and will call them first from now on.

We began working with this company in October of 2022. Original part (inverter board) was on back order until end of December. Installed on 1/20/23. On 1/21/23, alarm on refrigerator continued to go off and part did not fix problem. Subsequently, evaporator was ordered. All parts were not shipped properly. Finally installed on 3/6/23. Continued to not work and compressor was placed on 3/13/23. Water line to ice maker was not installed properly and water leaked on hardwood floors. Freezer froze shut. In 3/22/23, after turning off electricity, it was found the house was not installed. Damage to hardwood floors and pictures were provided to technician. Refrigerator and freezer worked properly at this point, but we continued to have water leak intermittently between 4/8-4/29/23.
We notified A-Tech again and ask them to pull out refrigerator to look for the leak. We were told if there was no water at that moment, they would not pull out the refrigerator or service our residence. The technician told us it was a plumbing issue. We hired a plumber and someone to crawl under the house and no leaks were found from plumbing. We finally hired a second appliance repair company and they immediately found the problem when they pulled the refrigerator.
Technician stated the leak was due to overcharge of compressor with frosting of the suction line that was causing the leaking. The line was not insulated properly. Upon contacting the manager, Aaron Karimie, he disputed our complaints and said it was past their 90 day limit. He stated that there was no obvious damage, per the technician. We have photographs to document all the above. He stated we were
    "gaslighting" the situation.
This is truly the worst customer service oriented company we’ve ever experienced!! Even though they never used the word “liar”, it was insinuated.

This will be a long post but worth the read. Jermey was the tech that was sent out to fix my dryer that has a rumbling noise. First, he is extremely professional, courteous and just an all around great guy. On his first visit to fix my dryer he troubleshot it down to a set of rollers. Unfortunately, he didn’t have any on his truck and had to order them. He explained that they would be shipped to me and that the company would follow up for him to return and install them. The company called a couple days of days after I received the parts to get them scheduled to be installed.
Jermey installed the new rollers but the dryer still had a slight bump noise but the dryer did sound better but not perfect. Most techs would have just installed the rollers and called it good. Not Jermey he did a little more troubleshooting and narrowed it down to guides and one other part. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the parts on his truck.
I was just so impressed with how he wanted everything to be perfect with the dryer. He truly takes pride in his work and it shows. You just don’t see customer service like that these days. The company is truly blessed to have him as an employee. The company overall is incredible. They call when they are supposed to and are on top of things. Keep up the Great work!!!

I wonder if this is even a real business. I tried to make an appointment but the tech never showed up, my order number never worked to look up the appointment, I never got an email or text and every time I called I was told I’d get a call back but never did. Also waited on the line for an hour. So frustrating.

Technician did not do any work after he told me my price for a dryer timer was $600🥺

Washing machine still doesn't work! They said they tested it but the problem is NOT FIXED.
So, I had them come back out and find out it isn't repairable. They did promise a refund on what I already paid but didn't know when I might get it. So, today-:buy a new washer.

Steven was the second tech at our home. A part had to be ordered, so he was the tech to do the return work. He was able to get that part installed and actually reinstalled the dishwasher better than it was before it was taken out! Thank you!

I was very pleased with the technician.

Highly disappointed. Basically you paying them to come out and tell you the problem but don't fix it. They don't have the part and it will have to be ordered and overcharge you for their services. They tried to charge me 403 dollars for something I got fixed for 70 dollars on top of the 129.00 plus tax service fee just to show up and tell you all that.

Greg was nice and explained things but didn’t diagnose my machine except for to turn it on to see the error code I had reported I had then charged me the $99 fee. I don’t think it was actually him , he was just doing the job he had been instructed to do . He didn’t have the part to replace the switch and the cost of the part and labor was much higher than what I was willing to pay . When I initially called and explained what the error was stating , I was told that the average cost of repair was $200, The price I was told was so much higher than that . I went out and brought me a new machine instead of giving them close to $500 .

Steven did not follow procedure and tried to charge us for a service fee when the work order was a recall. Luckily I work for the warranty company and was able fight for what I knew was not right. There was no documentation of diagnosis submitted to the warranty company from the previous repair attempt either. Steven’s attitude made it impossible to trust A&E with continuing the work so I then requested a new dispatch be sent. Following this A&E parked in front of my house for the next 45 minutes where I then received a copy of my “signed” receipt for $115 of less or (that was not performed) to which I never actually signed. This is literal fraud.
