Marty Roberts was my service tech, and he was perfectly professional. He was considerate and friendly, and there were no problems at all. He is an asset to your company. He comes to my house on time and calls before he comes. He was great.

Had a bad experience with this Company. they're a RIP-OFF!! they charge $119 to come out and diagnose what you can probably fix on your own with the help of YOUTUBE...

Then after they give you a diagnosis of what seems to be the problem 🤔here comes the RIDICULOUS PRICES. $$$ FOR PARTS AND LABOR!!🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️OMG!! $483.00 bucks just to repair a heating element for a Maytag Bravo dryer NO WAY!! 🤯 I can buy a new or used one for that price🤷🏼‍♀️ 03/21/2024

So glad I called A-Tech. Door on dishwasher broke right before Christmas and had 14 guests coming for dinner. Tech arrived quickly and had door fixed within 15 minutes. Very happy!

Atech was able to send out a tech within 2 days of my service call. Brandon was very thorough and did a great job! Will definitely use them again!

Atech Appliance has fixed several of my appliances and they did awesome jobs. I had another company supposedly fix my appliances, whom I shall not name, but they are in Jacksonville,AR, and I hated their work. Waiting for parts that said in stock for weeks. Two months to fix a refrigerator and they didn't fix it. I had it swapped out by Lowe's and the repairer called about two weeks later with the piece. Washing machine and dryer taking too long to repair. Atech is on the job. They are no way near like the other guys. James is very kind and courteous. My best friend was very impressed with his behavior and work, neat and orderly. He gave us much information on the appliances. Within days my problem is fixed. Parts come in a week or less. Fast and reliable service.

Had a problem with the ice maker in my brand new refrigerator, luckily which is under warranty, so was referred to ATech Appliances by Kitchenaid for service.

Ronnie has been absolutely wonderful to work with - so easygoing, professional, & clearly at the top of his game in his knowledge re appliances. I felt totally comfortable with him in our home, & Atech now has a permanent place in my contacts list.

My dryer wasn't heating, so I called ATech. They sent 2 guys out 3 different times and they still couldn't get it working. The 1st time they came, they said they would need to order a part. It turned out that wasn't the issue. Then they ordered another part that was apparently on back-order.
After $250 and 3 weeks with no communication from them on the status, I called someone else who came right away and had it working in 30 minutes. He charged me $80

In reply to owner's response - The person who repaired the machine did not require any special parts. He replaced a burned out wire with a piece of wire he had in his truck, and secured a couple of loose wires that were flopping around and not making good connection.

Exceptional Service! Thank you Ronnie. Ronnie didn't waste our day; he stayed in touch about when he was coming so we could plan around him easily. Ronnie knew what he was doing; he thought ahead when making the service recommendation; and he saved us money by doing so. And Ronnie fixed to the oven, cleaned up the mess, and was pleasant to be around. Now that's 5 STAR Service. Couldn't ask for more.

My stove went out...called for an appointment. It was handled safely and quickly the tech could not fix it in one appointment but identified the problem and some serious hazard issues our house inspector should have caught saving us from certain shock and or fire.. Marty is totally professional and knows his stuff and codes and safety. So thankful Marty caught the wiring hazard it could have cost us our house and our lives. Marty had to come back a 3rd time, not of his own fault. The part ordered was not what he ordered so had to come back. Problem was completely fix. He's very good! Request Marty, you will be very happy.

A Tech Appliance repair responds to all my requests promptly and professionally. They call before their arrival, quickly assess the problem, expedite the parts, and then return within days to fix the machine. The staff are friendly , personal, and have knowledge of any appliance. I have never been disappointed with any repair and I highly recommend them.

We have been using A-Tech for all of our appliances issues. They are awesome, fast service, great technicians (Tyler is awesome). They resolve any issues without the stress. When you call in they answer, you get updated text and calls for the issue that is be handled.

Ronnie was excellent! Arrived early, which was awesome, and was very thorough and helpful with finding out what was wrong with our washer. He even took the time to show me the problem and describe it to me, which I totally appreciate. Highly recommend ATech!

My technician, Ronie, was unbelievably helpful. He arrived promptly, was very professional and courteous, and diagnosed the problem accurately. In addition, he went out of his way to secure the necessary parts and returned to make the repair on the same day as my appointment since I had a home inspection/sale in a few days. I will definitely use Atech Appliance again thanks to my great experience with Ronie.

Great service. Setting up the appointment was easy. Ronnie was here early in morning and called us to keep us updated on his arrival. Reliable and timely and fixed the fridge in matter of half an hour. He was friendly and the service was not expensive.

Will recommend him any time.

Service tech came to my home diagnosed problem with gas range. Ordered part, it was delivered in 2 days. Original technician that was in my home left the company during this time. Atec called to schedule return visit and I was informed they could only come on Thursday and would not be returning to Hot Springs for service calls. Tech called me on Thursday morning to tell me he was afraid of road conditions. Atec has refused to send him another day and sending my repair claim back to warranty company for me to wait another 3 weeks just to get the part changed on my oven. This is poor customer service, you don't just drop a customer in the middle of a repair.

I had my dryer checked out because it wouldn’t heat up. The tech was very professional and advised the heater element was bad. The cost to repair would be $450. That is ridiculous. A $97 part and the rest labor! I used A-tech a few years ago and the cost was nothing like this. Nobody is going to want to repair anything at that cost when they can just buy a new one for about $200 more. I will never use them again!

Ronnie Harris was and is a professional, helpful, and, informative service tech. Ronnie helped us understand what was happening to our ice maker by explaining everything he was doing as he worked on our refrigerator. Not only did he
diagnose a problem that three other companies missed, he finished an installation that was done by a competitor. When and if we have to call A-Tech in the future, we will always request Ronnie. We will suggest A-Tech and Ronnie to all our friends in need if appliance repair.

We had an excellent experience with Atech Appliane. My phone call was answered right away and they were able to schedule a service call quickly. Ronnie Harris from Atech was right on time and gave me my requested “I am on the way call” so I could get home to meet them. He was able to accurately diagnose and repair our washing machine on the spot. In addition to being courteous and friendly he took the time to show us routine maintenance to prevent the problem in the future. A big thank you to Ronnie Harris and Atech Appliance.
