We were looking for a company that was honest & reliable. The crew went above & beyond just painting. All of them were a pleasure to work with. They even vacuumed my floors after they were finished with the job. I would 1000% recommend them. Thank you Mark for seeing over this job. You were very easy to work with.

We called around several places and got estimates. I met with Sean who seems to be a nice guy and he gave us a quote and we decided to book their services to float and paint our ceilings. They sent out the first crew who didn't always show up to work and who also didn't do that great a job. Sean then got on the ball and called in another painter named John Mukol who is excellent at what he does and also shows up. He fixed everything and was super polite when I saw him at the house. He does impeccable work. So if you need interior work done then I would request John. Overall I'm happy with the outcome and will be happy to stare at my ceilings the next 20 or so years.

Imperial Painting recently stained our deck and front porch. Sean did a great job and was very professional. He finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the mess afterwards. He pays a lot of attention to detail and it shows in his work. I would recommend him for any painting or staining project you may have.

I could not be happier with the job on my whole house exterior. We are in LR in The Heights. They replaced wood and rebuilt window casings. Painted stucco, gutters, chimneys. Perfect..! Very attentive to our desires and concerns. They came behind two other companies who had done shoddy work (for premium prices) and "un did" the bad and made it all beautiful again. Hard to find a company and individuals like Sean, and the foreman, Oscar, these days! We will be using them again in the near future for detached garage and some interior work. I'm picky! And they were top-notch! HIGHLY recommend.

The project involved painting the entire exterior, quite a bit of repair or rotten wood, and updating the front port posts by wrapping them to be square. The house looks amazing! We were so pleased with the repair of a water damaged bathroom ceiling that now looks brand new ! In addition, the team of painters also did a tremendous job painting the entire exterior of our 2 story home in only 4 days. Sean and Gabi were great to work with, sharing helpful suggestions and making sure that everything was taken care of with the work. They were prompt, fun, honest and professional throughout our time together from the initial estimate through the final inspection of all of the finished job.

I wanted to believe in the work of Imperial paint. Sean comes off as of guy of good character and I still believe that to be true. He kept a open line of communication throughout my interior house painting process and to the best of his ability he kept me up to date and answer almost all of my early and late night calls. There was even a time or two when he came in over the weekend to verify the project. For his acts of service alone I wish I could give him five stars, because he was very diligent as an individual. But I must rate Imperial paint as a whole, not just for Sean as an individual, despite him being the owner of this business. That being said, the men that work under him are subpar to say the least. The amount of overt details they missed in my house, makes my head hurt. They took there time with each day and it was clear, based on the availability of the workers when either my wife or myself stopped by. I believe in many of ways the project results was over promised and under served. I believe Sean did a good job of trying to rectify his crews mistakes, but I believe we were too far into the process. So far into the process that we had to continue to take the hit of something not being done or fulfilled to the contractual standard. I have now been in my house for about a week and all I can see is the areas that still were missed or not sanded as well. Just a consistent reminder of the work that wasn't put into a place that our family wish to grow in. Needless to say...it sucks. And for the dollar amount, it sucks even more. My wife and I wanted it to be our dream house and then some, but the paint has certainly dampened some of that dream. We are now planning on doing the work ourselves with the little time we have between work and childcare to pick up the pieces in areas that didn't get finished. All that to say, I wanted to choose Imperial paint again because of the efforts that Sean made alone, but it's just not as compelling after being in our house for over a week and continuing to see all the details missed. Makes me wish I took a day off just to walk through the house and walk through with fresh eyes; as opposed to immediately after work. My recommendation for anyone else working with Imperial pain is make sure, if you are going to go with them, work through Sean and vet the crew so you know what you're getting. Mistakes I made that I wouldn't make again. I hope this feedback helps the next customer and most importantly Imperial paint as a business. Thank you.
