We are very pleased with the work Rainbow Int'l did during a recent water damage project. They responded quickly with equipment for moisture removal/drying, then engaged appropriate people to get involved (flooring, prepping, painting, plumbing). The results are great! We would definitely recommend their services.

I had a pipe burst last evening in my house, creating a mess. My husband and I quickly turned off the water, mopped up with towels and hoped for the best. When we called our insurance company, just in case, they recommended that we call Rainbow International Restoration to evaluate the situation. I am so glad we did! Rainbow arrived within the hour and worked late into the evening and throughout next day. With their equipment, they were able to find moisture and water damage in areas that I couldn’t detect. Rainbow works directly with the insurance company to cover all the expense of repair. Their team worked hard and was truly my advocate in this terrible situation. Rainbow was EXCELLANT. I highly recommend this locally-owned business.

The best part about this company is the team. When I walked in the doors I was met with a smile, and was introduced to all of the team members by name. Everyone was genuinely friendly and ready to help. I appreciated that so much!

We had a water leak from a hose on our tankless water heater in the attic. Water leaked into our attic, between some walls, onto some ceilings, into the carpet in the living room etc. Rainbow handled it all, from the clean up to the restoration. The people that came were very professional and knew exactly what to do. When they were finished you could not tell a leak had ever happened. Unfortunately, several months later we had another leak in a copper pipe in the wall in a bathroom. This encompassed the bathroom wall, the floor in the bathroom, a short hallway, the laundry room, the kitchen and a small dining room attached to the kitchen, several doorways, and several of the kitchen cabinets. Rainbow was called to help. They handled it all and when they were done, it looked like our area had been remodeled. They were very professional and helped greatly in making sure the kitchen area was still functional while awaiting and during restoration. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They were great and the people were very professional and friendly.

JCR Chimney Inspection Ltd did a great job. I'm preparing to put a gas insert in my previously wood-burning fireplace. James cleaned the chimney and performed the inspection that is necessary prior to installing the insert. He was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. I'd highly recommend him and his team.

I needed a fair amount of work done - cleaning, damper fix, crown repair, spark screen installation. The stainless chase cover on the crown looks great and means I won't have to worry about that ever again. The spark screen was installed beautifully as well. In today’s world, it’s not uncommon to encounter subpar or careless workmanship due to a lack of attention, organization, or pride in one’s craft. However, I’m happy to say that this was not the case here. They were polite, punctual, and respectful, keeping us informed at every stage of the process and even showing us photos of their progress and results. Very good quality work! We had one room in very rough shape, in need of drywall repair and paint (we used the bedroom like it was shop). We went with white as a new color, they painted walls, doors, trim, the closet and the shelves inside. And there’s not a trace left behind that there was ever any damage! Highly recommend
