The restoration and cleanup team were fast, efficient, and professional during a recent water leak at our home. They arrived within forty minutes of our discovery of flooding, and they communicated with us well throughout each step of the process.

We contracted with Exquisite Exteriors to purchase and install a Patio cover. Extremely responsive. Worked with our concrete contractor on what they needed for proper footings. Roofing subcontractor, made extra trips because massive rain hit our area before his phase was ready just to insure we were sheltered and protected. When they left the Patio and yard was clean and perfect.

Over all the vinyl siding turned out good and the job superintendent did all he could to make things right. We appreciate all his efforts. That being said, I would have a hard time recommending Exquisite Exteriors for a number of reasons. The installers spent more time on the phone then they did working….the job took way longer than it should have taken. I mentioned to Paul that I was concerned about the nails left on the ground…we had to fix flats on two tires do to nails/staples. When the installers were removing the old siding, they were manually ripping off the siding that was behind existing electrical outlets attached to the outside of the house without taking off the electrical box. This resulted in the breaker being tripping on two separate occasions. There were several times that I had to tell the job superintendent that the quality of work was not acceptable, he was prompt to make it right and we did appreciate that. I hope this will encourage the need to use responsible installers on their projects.

Absolutely ABSOLUTELY WOULD NEVER do business with this company. They ‘lose interest’ in completing jobs they have done half of and leave you with no kitchen, no kitchen floor just a hole in the ground. When you try to follow up and ask about getting the work will completed they will say ‘we are no longer interested in this project’. I have screen shots.

They were sent by my insurance for a leak in my kitchen. They did all the demo work and water dry out and that part went fine. They assured me they could also finish the project completely with the rebuild portion so I would not have to get another company involved. A week after the dry out and tear out portion was done. The owner/owners son came out to take measurements and such for the reconstruction. He said he would turn them into insurance that week and for me to go ahead and pick out tile and to call him any time. A week later insurance had not received the estimate so I texted him. No response. I try calling once a day for the next several days. No answer. No call back. My insurance company also asked for status updates and received no response. After over two weeks of not hearing a word, I tried texting the person I dealt with on the remediation side. He responded saying “find another company. We are no longer interested.” So they were just never going to tell me they decided to not complete the work. I still haven’t heard a word from the gm. I lost several weeks of time that I could have been trying to find someone else to help me. And I don’t have a functioning kitchen. Stay away from them. Bad people.

The companies we recommend to our clients are an extension of us so we have to trust who we are sending our clients to. I have full confidence Rainbow will not only do great work, but respond in a timely manner to all phone calls and be professional on the jobsite. I've known Benjamin and others on his team for years and they are great people who will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of after you experience a loss. Highly recommend!
