First off I'm not one to leave a negative rating just for spite. This is my personal experience with this company. I cannot comment on their painting ability. This is more about their customer service, or lack there of. I spoke with a female in their office (didn't write down a name) twice about coming and giving me an estimate for a ceiling painting project. We set up a time only for me to get a call saying the guy (Shawn) coming to give the estimate was having phone trouble and was trying to use his car gps to find my address. Waiting over an hour, no show, no call. After an hour and a half past our scheduled meet time I get a call saying he turned around and went back to Conway because he couldn't find my address. My address is clearly listed on both sides of my mailbox so coming from either direction on my road you can find us. Plus I gave detailed markers to find our house. I get your technology failed you, but house numbers and mailbox address are still a thing, a little common sense and you would've found my house. That was my only window of opportunity to meet for an estimate that week so despite her trying to reschedule I could not. If all you have to offer before you do the job are excuses, what's it going to be during and after the job? If you don't want it, just say that, but just stop with the excuses already. Be professional about it.

I reached out to Sean to do a remodeling job. It was a little too far for him, but he was able to recommend someone else. He was knowledgeable and replied back to me quickly. I wish I had gotten to use them.

I have used Imperial Painting several times. Sean and his crews always do a great job. They are the best I have ever used. Sean helped me pick out paint colors and when they were done, things were perfect!

Just had Imperial Painting clean up and paint the outside of our home. It's a half brick/half wood house, and had a lot of window trim work. We are picky and still think that they did a very good job. We were also very happy with the value. The thing that we found most impressive was their willingness to come back and deal with a couple of minor problems and have a good attitude about it. We would definitely use them again - I wouldn't even worry with getting other quotes if we had a job that needs doing in the near future.

We used Imperial Painting at our church office in North Little Rock a few weeks back. Sean and his crew were great!!! Very professional and did a great job! I would recommend them without any problem. We plan to contact Sean for future jobs.

Imperial is a great company with fair prices and excellent customer service. John, the painter, is probably one of the hardest workers that I have seen in years. He painted the entire inside of our house, and did numerous drywall repairs, in 6 days with little help. John was also willing to do anything that was asked to make sure that we were happy with his work before he left. My only complaint was that he did leave us with a bit of a mess to clean up when he left. All of the outlets had paint on them to be cleaned and there were paint drips on the floor and counters throughout the house. Nothing was damaged but it did take us several days to get the house back in order. Since I doubt that most other companies would do any better, I did not take anything off his rating. Other than that, we had a great experience with Imperial.

Sean and his crew did the exterior of my home. Also stained my front and back deck. Quickly and hassle free. Good god fearing man and company. 10/10 highly recommended!

I am speaking from personal experience, Sean is easy to work with, he made me feel safe and helped me make my house a home! He went above and beyond with every project I asked him to complete. I just moved to Arkansas from California and Sean was recommended by my real estate agent. I was not disappointed. Sean's price was reasonable and he and his crew performed the work in a timely and proficient manner. They painted the interior of my home working around the furniture and boxes throughout the home. Always friendly and helpful, Sean is a true professional who always responded promptly to my many questions. My new home now looks great!

Mark and Sean did a great job coordinating with my partner and I on what our needs were, timeframe for the job and any questions we had. Jesus, who did the painting, has done a number of different paint jobs (chain link fence, wood fence, doors, and house exterior) and I have no complaints. They were finished in a reasonable timeframe and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.
