We unfortunately had some water damage in our home, so ServPro of Little Rock came and demolished whatever needed to go. They did everything within a day and a half. I am impressed by the speed and efficiency. I had Shelby and Zach doing the demo for us. They were both friendly and respectful. I asked many questions and they answered all of them and then some. I never felt like I was annoying them either. We are very satisfied with the work and service they did for us! Thank you very much Shelby and Zach!

Brenda and Danielle did a fabulous job I am very pleased with the cleaning of my house.they are thorough and efficient would recommend servpro and these lady to everyone.

I can not say enough about how pleased we are with the service we received from SERVPRO. Jordan showed up and took matters into his capable hands. He was so patient and kind in the midst of our flood disaster! Then Lacy and Tyler showed up and worked their TAILS off to move furniture and tear up more of the damaged floor. Lacy was so polite, so professional, so kind and willing to help with anything we asked. Everyone, from the folks we spoke with on the phone, to each and every person we met in person, are stellar representatives of SERVPRO and are to be commended!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

ServPro has definitely earned our business for a lifetime and I would happily refer family and friends! We had two people come out to inspect before any work was done; Mike and Tyler. Later, we had a crew come out that actually got things started; Jordan, Cici, and Dewayne. The customer service from each of them was exceptional! Initially, the information relayed to us was slightly different from what the last crew said needed to be done but that was quickly explained and new options were presented. Jordan made sure my husband and I understood everything that was happening as well as anything that could possibly happen while also being open and accepting of questions. Cici and Dewayne were gentle with our belongings, helped me maneuver furniture that should have been moved prior to their arrival, and were extremely respectful of our spaces. I would be more than happy to have any of them back in my home if ever needed. They completed their task quickly and consistently cleaned up after themselves, leaving things the way they found it, if not better! ;-) We are beyond satisfied with their work.

We were impressed with the knowledge and work ethics of the ServPro team during cleanup at our home following water damage, and we particularly commend Shelby for her help and enthusiasm.

I highly recommend ServPro for the quick response for smoke damage and how the Manager, Rance explained what my insurance company would cover! I want to recognize Brenda, Danielle and Robin! All three were excellent with the packing of all items in kitchen, dining, living room, baths and bedroom!

I watched how efficient and the care of delicate dishes with pictures of them in the cabinets and throughout my home!, so they will know how to place them once cleaned and returned! They were AMAZING and very nice and on time and worked throughout the day! Brenda was the overseer of everything and worked just as hard as the others! I can’t say enough about the crew and John and Corinthian handled my furniture! The BEST! I’ll do a follow up when all is returned!

Very friendly and welcoming but also professional. Lacey and Allen came in and put my mind to ease. They made it look easy although I know it wasn't. I will definitely refer this company to my family and friends and hopefully if they don't get Lacey and Allen then hopefully the workers be as good as they were today for me.

Rhasade McCollum, Tyler Jameson, and Clay Park did a great job addressing water damage that had occurred from a dishwasher leak. Rhasade, the supervisor explained every step. They came on time as scheduled. Very pleased with their work.

Lacey, Duncan, Danny, Tony & helpers are doing an amazing job getting things done since water damage to my home. It happened on Sunday morning and on the following Monday they were here starting the process of getting things accessed & starting the drying out process. Very professional. I highly recommend this crew & company.

Im the maintenance engineer at The Hampton by Hilton in down town Little Rock. We recently had a major flood that damaged 3 of our 8 floors . Andrew & Chris we're a major asset that quickly & effectively handled our problem . The problems with my house could not have been handled better. Shawna was quick to get Mike out to assess my issue. Natasha quickly sent out the proposal and connected me with Amber to start payment and the contract.
Lacey and John came out 2 days later and started the clean out. Danny joined the next day to get under the house.
They were all professional, positive, on time and patient with my endless questions.
Tyler came out 2 days to check on equipment, and like the others was professional and enthusiastic about his job.
Lacey and Brenda came today to collect more of the equipment. Lacey went out of her way to close up all the openings in that exterior wall where insulation had been removed. My house is warm and safe until the build back begins. Brenda is in training, but was helpful and reassuring about how my situation will turn out.
If I left someone out, I’m sorry but feel certain ServPro would only hire people willing to maintain their high standards.

These people were absolutely wonderful in their work and to me as the homeowner. They were efficient, extremely careful as they handled my household items, skillful in all aspects of their work, knowledgeable about the work needed and being performed, and extremely kind and cheerful about everything. I can't be more pleased with everyone in this team: Tracy Bunting, Brenda Aaron, Cody Sparks, and Courtney Hammett. I would say they all went far beyond what was required...they each gave 110 %. And were friendly, super polite and gracious, and patient. I highly recommend this team and this

Brenda, Robin and Danyelle helped pack up my house after a water leak. They were amazing, professional and on time! Would highly recommend!

Our home owners insurance selected this company after a house fire to repair smoke damage (and thankfully it was only smoke damage, could have been far worse, pic is in the garage where the fire/smoldering started from a space heater). Brenda, Robbin, and CeeCee (I'm very sorry if I got the spelling wrong) were sent to our house to do the cleaning. They were excellent. Not only the work they did, which was fantastic. Before as you can imagine from the picture, the kitchen had that smoke smell. But now it smells fantastic. Super clean citrus smell. And looks better than it probably ever has. They were extremely friendly, polite etc. Just great people, we were happy to have in our home. Would recommend requesting them specifically. And I def will if I ever need this companies services again.

Brenda came back & cleaned the area again after I noticed a slight smell--she REALLY cleaned it well & all its good! I HIGHLY recommend asking for her to do your job!
