1st Choice did a great job installing my heater and AC unit. They have been so responsive to the requests made by the city to meet city permit requirements. They are professional, timely and definitely the nicest!

We had our twin HVAC system replaced in 2020 by 1st Choice. System now is about 3.5 years old as of this review. The system they installed has been working perfectly since installation.

We got three estimates and ended up going with 1st Choice. What stood out was their friendliness, flexibility, and objectivity. They didn't try to steer us toward a particular product but instead laid out the plusses and minuses of each (ex. heat pumps vs. gas furnace), giving their recommendations.

They were prompt and on time, showing up when they said they would and finishing when they said they would.

They have since come out a couple of times when I've had a furnace-related question and they've been very helpful. Special shout-out to Steven McCracken, who came out recently to help diagnose a question I had.
