Albert Air was the 3rd HVAC company I called to check out my broken furnace. The first 2 companies quoted me 2k to 3k to fix my 3 year old furnace. Something did not feel right, so I called Albert Air and I am very thankful I did. John came out and figured out it was a small part that was not working correctly and fixed it on the spot! The part was under warranty too, which saved me money as well. Albert Air saved me thousands of dollars and I am forever grateful to them. I'll be sure to use them going forward. Always get at least 2 quotes, but make sure Albert Air is one of them!

Albert Air did a great job installing my new Carrier unit. They showed up on-time every day. Laid out the protection tarp and cleaned up everyday. Even when they were going to return the following day, they made sure to return things to original fashion to minimize disruption to my family. Nick the owner showed up everyday to check up on the team to make sure things were progressing as planned. Addressed changes/modifications and replenished their supplies as needed everyday. Not just show up on payment days like some contractors would. Nick and the team is very knowledgeable and patient at explaining how the entire design, install process, and functionality of the entire system. They have a very teaching attitude to share how an A/C or heat pump works and even basic troubleshooting of my system. They don't hold back on knowledge just to protect a service call opportunity. Highly recommend them.

Nick, Gilbert, and their team just installed a new HVAC system in my home. Nick was very good at determining & delivering the best system for our needs. The new system is by several levels more Quiet, and efficient than my 20 year old system. The slim line AC condensers are also way less intrusive than my former square units. Would highly recommend Albert Air!

We consider Albert Air to be an A+ company! Nick, the owner, explained the various Carrier air conditioning & heater options completely saying he could install the system we chose in one day. Nick arrived on time at 8AM with his install team who have worked for the company for years. They worked all day and completed the job by 4PM. After the system was competed and checked, Nick patiently showed us how to use our new thermostat, not leaving until we felt comfortable operating it. What a difference! Managed all of the pieces from required surveys to installation to permitting. Communication was comprehensive and efficient. All questions were answered before, during and after installation. Team members were professional, organized, efficient, and tidy.

We highly recommend Albert Air. Our 23 yr old a/c compressor was ready to be replaced. Nick is co-owner with his father and his experience really shows. He evaluated our need, then presented us with several options and gave us the time we needed to further research and decide. Once we made our decision we were scheduled and financing was arranged. This is my third major service with Albert Air. I've purchased new central air, new ductwork, a new furnace, a ductless split unit, and now a furnace move from a closet to the attic. They also perform my regular maintenance. Prior to working with them I looked into the biggies in the area, but the pricing was too much and I felt like it was just a sales pitch, not personal. This is a smaller, family-owned business that deserves to be recognized. They are superb! Great prices for the service (middle range), polite, respectful, clean, communicative, I could go on and on. I only wish I had more work for them to complete.
