These guys are absolutely fantastic. My HVAC system ran out of coolant due to a leak, and I decided to reach out to a local AC company GC Heating and Cooling Inc. with tons of reviews. When their technician arrived, he informed me that my AC unit used R22 refrigerant, which they didn't handle. He suggested that I could convert it, but it would be a costly $2K+ investment, and even then, success wasn't guaranteed. He advised me to consider getting a completely new system, which would set me back $18K. I was shocked by his recommendation and told him I needed time to think it over.

In the meantime, I contacted COOL AIR, and Carlos assured me that they could work with R22 refrigerant, although it would be more expensive. He also suggested that switching to R407 coolant would be a cost-effective solution. Carlos convinced me that the conversion would work flawlessly. I made the call on Friday, and the very next day, Robert arrived at my house. He was incredibly professional and laid-back. Robert efficiently repaired the leak, swiftly converted my system to R407, and now it functions brilliantly, delivering ice-cold air.

This company is truly a pain to deal with. I first had them install a unit in 2022, They came out very quickly and installed the unit promptly. The unit worked great until the first winter. I called the company to come out and repair the furnace. It took nearly 2 months and several technicians before someone knew how to fix the issue.

Then this summer, the unit stopped blowing cold air. They sent a tech out who spent 4 hours diagnosing the issue and he kept on going back and forth to his car. I had to call the owner to get anything done. Now, this winter the heater broke again and after 6 weeks no one has come out to address the issue. I unfortunately am going to have to pay another company to come out and pay out of pocket to repair whatever this company did wrong.

I really tried giving this company the benefit of the doubt but they are truly abysmal at follow up. I understand if the unit is defective then it is not their fault, but it is the avoidance and unwillingness to try and help resolve the issue that is truly upsetting.

Our experience with Air Concepts has been exceptional from the first contact to get a diagnosis of our furnace problem to follow up to a new installation. The staff is wonderful with communications about arrivals to appointments and about equipment options. The reps gave thorough explanations regarding working features and adjustments if any that could be made. We would highly recommend this company and they offer discounts for various groups.

Excellent service. As always, they always call you to tell you they’re on their way. They’re very nice today. Today they put in my new air conditioner and heating. They’re very courteous and clean very friendly. The technicians that put everything together, they are very hard workers and they do excellent job working hard tearing out and then putting the new unit in. They are always behind the scenes and not recognized as much as the one that comes to your house to fix or to see what’s going on or check it out. They work very hard in the heat in the cold, putting everything together making a work for you. I truly am impressed with the three guys that came to our house and did all the work. Marks professionalism, honesty and willingness to diagnose and resolve our hvac issue was greatly appreciated. Several other contractors told us we either needed a replacement or major repair over 5k. Mark was able to find the root cause to be lose wiring and it was easily fixed. We will use Air Concepts in the future.

Had a general check up reveal some work that should be done, so scheduled a work appointment for 2 weeks later. Communication leading up to the appointment was great, got emails and texts reminding me of the service appointment and when the technicians were on their way. Antonio and James were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job not just working to the estimate, but going above and beyond on the little details even without me asking.
