I've been relying on Air Concepts for my HVAC needs, and they consistently deliver excellent service. Mark, in particular, has always done a stellar job servicing my A/C and heating system. Riz, our technician was awesome. He explained what he was doing and was honest with his assessment. He didn’t even try to upsell me when he fixed our thermostat that wasn’t attached to the wall properly. He just simply reattached it with his own screws free of charge, going above and beyond what I expected. Great service!

On the first trip out, the technician quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, immediately order the necessary part, scheduled the return visit and performed the work.

charged $400 to do a 5-minute warranty job. trying to justify it by the paperwork they need to do. what a crock of baloney. I left messages for the service manager and of course I never got a call back. Beware these guys, they basically took advantage of my '93-year-old mother by overcharging her. and actually felt good about doing it. I'll be finding a new air conditioning company to service my unit huh

Very satisfied with our service from Air Concepts. Our technician Mark was very thorough in his evaluation of our unit. He even noticed a part that had not been properly installed by our previous technician. We feel very confident in his evaluation. Air Concepts came highly recommended and I can see why. We will be using them again and recommending them to our friends.

This was the only good experience I have had with a HVAC repair in 11+ years. It has been a struggle to find a credible company and technician. Today I found both. Communication before and after the service call was great. Mark knew the Equipment and went right to work making the evaluation and tune up. He was thorough and provided me with a clear recap of what he did and found. The price was fair. I will call these guys again and certainly make referrals. One good turn deserves another.

I shared nearly an identical experience as Joe C. I asked specifically what was the price of the capacitor part only. The tech said $600. I knew that was a ridiculous price but I needed to talk to the manufacturer of the cap the next day to assure that it wasn't a rare, rare obsolete item. Next day, the mfr said no, it's very common, about $15. Air Concepts charged me $87.50 labor for the same amount of work time (35 mins) 5 months ago. They never said anything about 1st time customer rates at the time. It took weeks to get calls back and then I found out they recorded our conversation. They did not notify me until after the conversation. CA is a 2 party consent state. This is very likely a violation of California Penal Code 632 PC. I strongly recommend NOT doing any business with this company.

the service guy had a terrible bedside manner. I did not like his personality and the way he was talking to me. I understood the unit was older and it was possible it wouldn't be able to be fixed but just the way he said stuff just rubbed me the wrong way. Terrible bedside manner.

Air Concepts technicians are always professional, respectful, knowledgeable of its products, very thorough with their inspections of my a/c-heating unit and pleasant to do business with. Air Concepts has excellent professional technicians who are always respectful and ready to answer any questions I may have. They are easy to communicate with. They are also punctual with the appointment times. Air Concepts sells good quality equipment and their staff is awesome. Have had Air Concepts services for many years with no regrets or complains at all. Highly recommend Air Concepts.

Air Concepts has been OUTSTANDING!

Of course we had the experienced of issues during the hottest stretch of the summer. However, Air Concepts worked diligently to get us cool again. From the call for an appointment with SAME DAY SERVICE by the professional and knowledgeable Riz who immediately narrowed down the issue, discussed possibilities, coordinated and set-up an appointment with Kelly the next business day. Kelly came out on time, confirmed issue, verified no additional HVAC concerns, and promptly within hours provided quotes for (3) solutions. Scheduler promptly got us on schedule to minimize our no A/C downtime. Mark and Riz installed a new AC unit with courtesy and professionalism. The Team has been a pleasure to work with and the communication process (via text, emails, and call availability) were superb.

We didn't realize how ineffective our AC was operating until now. We will be calling them again for any follow-up maintenance service.

BE CAREFUL OF THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I had them do a tune-up under the newpaper ad special last year for $86, the tech they sent was phenomenal. This year, I saw another ad in the newspaper for the same deal so I booked another tune-up. After the job was done, they said the ad special was only for new customers only and would not honoring the $86 deal even though the ad didn't say for new customers only. (See photo) Also, the tech they sent this time was trying to rip me off. He said my "motor starter" is going out and would need to be replaced and that it would be $599 to replace. I did my own research and the "motor starter" is a capacitor you can get for $11 on Amazon.

I had an excellent experience with Air Concepts, Air Conditioning and Heating. From the start, the representative I spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly and professional. I really appreciated the clear communication—I received both text and email updates regarding my appointment, which made the process smooth and stress-free.

The technician, Mark Simms arrived right on time, was very professional, and did a great job. The overall experience was outstanding, and I would highly recommend Air Concepts to anyone in need of heating and cooling services.

I've used them a couple times now and they've been really great. I have a background in building sciences so I can tell Riz really knows his stuff. Communication has been great with Kelly and others. If I went with a different company, I definitely wouldn't get the knowledge and quality and communication that I get from Air Concepts.

Marin was here for the first time. Did a great job checking out and explaining everything. Answered all my questions.

I am very having with the performances and degree of there specialties for servicing my AC/heater. Roz and his helper are awesome . I highly recommend this company to everyone I have already referred them to many of my friends and neighbors.
