Martin are service tech was friendly and wore his booties anytime he stepped into r home. He even did a good deed and plugged in r garage door opener which we had disabled. He had to get on a ladder and reach for the outlet on the garage ceiling. Thank u Martin.

The service was great. From the person I spoke to (Frank) to the technician that came out (Mark); both were very helpful. They were patient, listened and Mark was extremely cool about answering my questions, and explaining things to me about my AC unit.
The only “complaint” I have is that the part that was needed was way overpriced. I paid over $600 to have a $20-30 part at most installed. I will credit that Mark also checked out other parts of the AC unit and educated me on keeping my AC unit running smoothly. I know it’s tough to say how much someone’s experience and knowledge are worth, but it did seem very expensive for a quick and minor part swap install.
Overall, the service was great.

Marin was great-friendly, polite, informative and efficient; he was very respectful of my time and my property and gave me some tips for routine maintenance and showed me how to keep my outdoor AC Unit clean, without damaging the vents and fans. We discussed setting up schedules and I've already reached out to the office to set up a time to meet with Riz, to learn better how to use the American standard program scheduling tool so I am more economic with my heating and AC. Thank you for employing GREAT people! Appreciate the reminder to renew my annual maintenance plan for 3x/year maintenance and calls as needed.

I was absolutely panicking, when my New heater came on, It sounded like a jet engine taking off. It really freaked me out. Luckily, I’m on their annual maintenance program. I called Air Concepts and Frank, who answered, had Riz come out the same day. Riz was extremely nice & explained that with the new heater, when it gets extremely cold, they will make that noise heating up. He also gave me his card and told me if it happens again to call him and he will be right out. Talk about above and beyond great service!! Riz gets a 10 in great customer service and customer care. This is why I have been with Air Concepts for over 20 years!
