This guy is on it! When my AC broke I called in and he not only fixed it but showed me the jacked up wiring from the previous guy that was always coming back to “fix” it for us. Clearly, Gabe at Streamline knew what he was doing and got us up and running and my until has never worked better! He’s a keeper for sure!!

I called Streamline about my heating not working at around 11am, by 12:42pm the problem was diagnosed, parts were secured, installed and the problem fixed. Invoice and payment process was even easier. Living in San Diego and getting work done on the property in Bakersfield this easily is absolutely incredible. Having family in this industry allows me to know that the price to have this fixed was current with industry standards. Props to this company for the fast response time. Highly recommend, and I will use again in the future.

I have had a great experience with this HVAC company for several years, they have done maintenance, repairs and new installs on our commercial building in addition to maintenance and repair on personal residence. Scheduling was quick and easy, and their team was very responsive and professional throughout the process. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Valley Air Systems, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! After enduring a deep winter with no heat, I was in desperate need of assistance, and they truly came to the rescue.

HUGE RED FLAG. DO NOT HIRE. Valley Air was hired by my home warranty company to check out my AC unit. They ended up replacing the unit. One year later the brand new unit leaked water down into the house and caused thousands of dollars of damage to the drywall and flooring. As I started digging for answer as to why a 1 year old would malfunction in this was. I discovered that Valley Air never got the work inspected by the city, never did the required title 24 testing, and never finalized the permit for the work done and left my home legally uncompliant. Valley Air would have left it that what if I did not start digging and found this out. Even after all of this not being done legally and within compliance, Valley Air refused to take responsibility for the damages and found every reason to deflect the fact their work was non-compliant and blame me for the unit leaking by saying that the unit was not maintained even though it was barely 1 year old and barely due for service at the 1 year mark. Entirely unprofessional. For all the folks leaving 5 star reviews, please check to validate that everything was done legally and that your permits have been pulled and finalized and that all proper testing and city inspections were done. Through the install I thought they were a good company as well so they fooled me. Once I did the digging and found out they did not do the job in compliance with local laws it exposed them and then refusing to take ownership and make it right by helping with the damage shows who they are even more. UPDATE: just for clarity, the air filter had been changed throughout the year. And yes, the unit did end up passing everything after I had another company come out and repair Valley Air's non compliant work. Huge shout out to Grogan Mechanical. Highly recommend very professional! Once Grogan fixed the work, I had it tested and they got it to pass everything including title 24 and the city inspection. Not Valley Air. I think the owners response here says it all about the ethics of this company, trying to insinuate that the unit passed because off his doing. If that was true I would not have needed to hire Grogan to come out and do the repairs. Also, since when does "being busy" dismiss your responsibility of doing compliant work? If the company would just take ownership of their mistakes and made things right this could have been a very different experience. I understand mistake happen thats not the point. The lack of wanting to take responsibility for the mistake and make thing right for your customers is a completely different thing. Thats what says the most about this business.
