The technician, Jorge, was very nice and extremely respectful. He replaced batteries in my thermostat and checked the heating/ac unit. When he stood at my door to speak to me, he stood several paces away, so as to not be intimidating, I suppose. Overall, a great experience.

We had an HVAC issue on Black Friday; Holders had someone out within a couple hours. The tech, Angel, was outstanding! He was incredibly helpful, thorough, and polite. The callout was surprisingly affordable too. We would definitely recommend Holders and Angel!

Technician Jorge Valenzuela was super nice and helpful. Explained things in a way so I could understand. Got right to work and gave me options to move forward. He even got my system temporarily working while we waited for the replacement parts to be shipped and installed!

Update 3 February 2026:
I had a great experience with Holders HVAC, thanks to technician Jorge Valenzuela. He worked on my Carrier unit and quickly identified that the blower motor assembly was causing severe vibrations. After thorough and careful troubleshooting, he recommended replacing both the motor assembly and its housing system.

The replacement was done professionally and successfully eliminated the vibration issue. Jorge was very detail-oriented and made sure everything was working properly before finishing. He also cleaned up his work area, which I truly appreciated.

On top of that, he went above and beyond by troubleshooting the leaking drain trough on my brand-new installed Bosch HVAC unit at my other house. He found the source of the leak and clearly explained the issue, along with a recommended fix that he will take care of during his next routine maintenance visit.

Jorge is knowledgeable, professional, and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him and Holders HVAC for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service.

Rene, was the consummate professional, no one ever shows up @ 8 when you are given a time between 8-12. I was late and he waited without a complaint. He diagnosed the problem and effected a repair. He informed me of a Bosch system that provides heat and AC and might be more effective going forward. I ask to have someone contact me about the Bosch unit. Rene is an excellent representative for Holders.

From the first phone call to the completion of the appointment I had a 5 star experience. The person I spoke with to schedule was very thorough in explaining the gold and silver maintenance plans and was able to schedule my first appointment for the following day. The technician, Dallas, was extremely professional and very communicative. He explained the maintenance he did and assured us that everything looked good with our unit. We did the gold maintenance plan and are happy to support this local business.

I had a great experience with our heater maintenance, especially thanks to Rene. He was on time, professional, and very respectful of our home—clearly taking care with our belongings and the space he was working in. Rene explained a product and options that could be beneficial for our system, but didn’t pressured me about it, which I appreciated. He also communicated clearly about when he was on the way and arrived exactly when he said he would. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!

Presentation says a lot. From the moment we opened our door, Marissa was standing there with a genuine smile and eyes that said, "I’m here and ready to help." She truly felt like family as she entered our home and began sharing her expertise.

She tackled the inspection like an all-star, pointing out issues the moment she saw them. Even though we were already aware of one problem, she didn’t stop there. She continued with thorough inspections, double and triple-checking everything. She showed us several things we didn’t know about our thermostat system and even took the time to clean the filters on our outdoor unit.

I hired Holder’s for duct replacement. While the system ultimately passed HERS testing and the city finalized the permit, the process was far more difficult than it should have been.

The permit was not initially pulled, and HERS testing only moved forward after I insisted on it. As a homeowner hiring a licensed HVAC company, I should not have to push for required permits, energy verification, or basic compliance.

There were also installation issues. The crew initially did not replace the duct boots, even though they were in poor condition. I had to point it out, and they later acknowledged it was a mistake. They had to return hours later to correct the work and replace the boots properly.

Although the project was eventually approved, it required significant follow-up and oversight on my part. That experience alone is why I would not use this company again.

AJ was amazing. He went above and beyond from what he was supposed to. He was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable on what he came to repair on my AC. He was very patient with me because I had many questions about my AC system. He did a fantastic job on the repair and was very efficient and meticulous on leaving the repair looking new like it did the day we moved into our home. He also put in our filters for me when he didn’t have to, he insisted and before he installed them he made sure to clean the vent area up. This type of service I feel doesn’t exist anymore, Holders Air Conditioning & Heating have found a life long customer. Thank you AJ Galvan & Holders.

Technician was thorough and explained everything. Just the cost of a call out to adjust our heating unit. Stockdale is extremely professional and will be our go to service company from now on.

I've used Stockdale Air about 4 times in the past 6-7 years for our home that has 3 separate AC units. They are extremely honest and charges for only what needs to be done. For example, yesterday, Joseph came to our house to see why the upstairs unit was taking too long to get cold. He said that it was leaking and needed to be fixed and refrigerant added. After that, I asked him to look at the other unit downstairs to see if it low on refrigerant. He checked and said everything is A-OK. I started using Stockdale are about 7 years ago, because our AC unit in the pool house never worked correctly. After 3 separate repairs from 3 other businesses, no one was able to fix it. One said the whole PC board would need to be replaced because he did not now what was wrong and was going to be more than $2k. I called Stockdale Air to get a second opinion and even gave the estimate repair diagnosis to see if Stockdale could match or beat the price. The repair man inspected the unit and said that there was NOTHING wrong with it, and that it was just configured incorrectly on the thermostat. He said this unit had a heat pump and it was not configured as such and that was it. I think the fee was $150 total. It has worked perfectly ever since. Thank you, Stockdale Air.

I have had Stockdale Aire service my air conditioner for the last eight years. Personnel are prompt, efficient, and professional. I always ask for Curt, but he is in high demand and usually booked when I call. Many thanks to folks who are responsible for the company.

Called Stockdale Aire because our unit seemed to be struggling to keep up in the current heat wave. Curt, the technician was able to get to us before the scheduled time. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. No guess work! Just prompt and knowledgeable service. Everything is now working as it should.
