Brock, the technician who facilitated the initial diagnostic work on my mom’s A/C unit, was concerned with the conversation he experienced with my Mom. Her unit needed replacement, and he felt that she didn’t completely comprehend the circumstances surrounding that. He contacted Lori in the office, and Lori went to work finding me. She found my mom on Social media, and reached out to my daughter via her work email. Amazing integrity!! She and Brock are a God send.Tucker and Zack, the very professional and polite technicians, installed the new unit at my Mom’s place. Stockdale Aire is a blessing in my life! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Technician explained each process as he went. I worked for General Electric during my college days and have a basic understanding of refrigeration and could follow him, asked questions based on my understanding and track the process. I believe he did what was necessary to get our unit functioning properly and did not try to add steps not necessary. It was an all around good experience… did not have to wait for days and days for the service… called and they came the next morning. I’d recommend them!

Stockdale Aire has taken care of our HVAC for many years and we have gotten nothing but the best service. They explain everything they are going to do and follow up with outcomes. When we have asked, the technician is always willing to look at our thermostat to check if it is registering correctly along with offering to change our filter. They are also have very reasonable prices!

On 7/6/24 Saturday early AM supposed to be 114° & our AC was not blowing any cold air. We called Stockdale Aire & left a message. Start time is 8:00 AM. We got call around 7:15 AM from technician saying he would be there within the hour. He arrived by 7:45. He went right to compressor, and had it fixed within in 20 minutes. We are so grateful for their service and technician. He had 12 repairs day before with same issue (and repairs with other issues) & a day full of repairs on Saturday. I can't thank them enough for their dedication to their customers!!

As usual, they show up, fix what's needed and are so kind to make this experience knowledgeable. Mark told me exactly what was done and why. Thanks for perfectly making this time what a fix up from an electric company should be!

We had Stockdale Aire install a brand new A/C unit. They were fairly priced, compared against other two companies. The day of install, the employees were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable.

I was given a curtesy call before they arrived at my home and made the appointment i had in a timely manner. The repair man Dean was very friendly, respectful and did a job great. He found the problem i was having with my AC unit and pointed out other issues that I had with the foundation the unit sits on. Dean was very helpful by answering all questions I had and told me he would send me prices for the parts I would need. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and providing me with great customer service and knowledge about the issues I had with my AC unit, the cool air feels better than the heat.

The technical was out about an hour after we reported our problem. He was very knowledgeable and helpful!

Curt is a gentleman and clearly knows Air Conditioning. Quick repair and honest advice when asked to access the overall condition of our AC. Just felt like we could trust him.

I am a fan. Been using Stockdale Aire for many years. Consistent service. I always do winter and summer preventative service which has extended the life of my 2008 heat pump/AC and my 1985 gas furnace that only just died. Great options were discussed with ballpark numbers to help me plan. Thank you!

I get a call before the technicians arrive. They are always prompt. All the employees are courteous and profession, neat, thorough, and make sure they keep all clean when inside. Their pricing is very fair and affordable. I have my units serviced twice/year. They remind me when it is time for service. I am so happy with Stockdale Aire. I highly recommend them. They are good people.

Lifesavers....
We had reached our first day of over 100 degree temperatures and our unit was having challenges. Stockdale Aire arrived within a few hours, relieved the heat crisis within our home quickly and with perfect customer service. My parents have used this company for years on our home, and I will continue the tradition.
