We had an excellent experience with South Valley AC & Heating. Our air conditioner went out on a Friday. I called at 4:30, not expecting service until Saturday, at best. Chris, the owner, was at our house about 6. As it turned out, our 22-year old unit needed to be replaced. At every step in the process, South Valley was professional, punctual, and easy to work with. They even loaned us a portable room air conditioner at no charge. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

I wasn’t there for the install, but my mother just thinks the world of the owner sorry I forgot his name. They use top of the line equipment. She is so happy and that makes me happy. Five stars for South Valley AC and heating.

So I left a bad review because I wasn’t to happy honestly. The owner reached out to me within a few hours to my surprise and talked to me about my experience and concerns with the service. He was extremely professional and you could tell that he takes negative reviews to heart. He made the situation right and definitely made me trust the company.

We have a service contract with South Valley, so we get 2 checkups a year, spring and fall. Our tech today was Jared, who was great! He asked me if I had been experiencing any problems with our AC units, and I told him about a noise that was concerning. He inspected and serviced the 2 units and found no problems. It only happens on very hot days, so I think it’s just heat-related. But I know that if it happens again, I can call or text them to have it checked.

Was looking for a ductless mini-split system to replace the gas furnace and swamp coolers. These guys are honest, reasonable, and reliable. Very knowledgeable, no pushy sales, and competitively priced. Great family run business and values. Highly recommend.

I called South Valley AC & Heating for a second opinion after being told by another HVAC company that I needed extensive duct work and repairs that would have cost me over $8,000. South Valley arrived right on time. They were professional and were able to diagnose what turned out to be a very minor issue, fix it in less than an hour revealing that none of those extensive repairs were even necessary saving me from being ripped off and going into debt by getting a loan. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for all of my seasonal maintenance and HVAC needs going forward. Life savers!

It was a pleasure meeting Chris the owner of South Valley HVAC at a coincidentally opportune time. My long time HVAC service provider had gone "radio silent" on me and had not returned multiple calls for scheduling the yearly maintenance of my HVAC unit. Chris on the other hand was highly responsive fitting me in between two existing service calls that he had while providing an extensive, thorough checkup of the system. You can tell this guy knows what he's doing and has been doing it for awhile, thanks Chris!

South Valley AC & Heating LLC is by far the most trustworthy company I have dealt with. Being a Real Estate Agent, I have come across pretty much every HVAC company in town. South Valley is the only company that has been not only reasonable with pricing, but 100% honest even if they have an opportunity to make more money. Their business is structured based on integrity and I will never use or recommend another company. South Valley is the BEST!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
