Great crew and did good work. I'm very satisfied. Installed new unit on my 3 story condo.

I had Banner Air install a min-split system for my office. They did a great job, very professional. Every part of the install from the condenser, to the ceiling unit in the office and the thermostat mount were complete craftsmanship and shows that the techs really care.

They showed up on time at all 3 appointments, coordinated over text with me, and always made sure to tell me exactly what they were going to do each day and how long it might take to do so.

They communicated clearly and effectively at every interaction. Banner Air has been around a long time, but they are fully modernized. You can text and schedule online, no need to call and wait for a receptionist to pickup. They also coordinate over text as well. Great job all around!

Installed a new HVAC system replacing a 26 year old system . Installation was done in one day even though there were some unforeseen issues which the techs solved.
Smart technicians led by Jerahmy who was not only knowable and professional but kind and polite as well. Well done Banner air. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a blower motor changed out . Tech was great and helpful. Cost of blower motor 900$ cost of 2.2 hrs labor 850$.. What ever happened to honest busines owners. Owner should be ashamed!!
Over 386$ an hour labor !!
You try and support local and this is what you get in return.
Make sure to get different estimates maybe you can find an honest company.not a price gouger!!!
Over Double labor cost over California averages!!

I thought that was a quote or estimate I was mistaken. I understand the motor was expensive and I listed my parts cost at MSRP for a Trane factory blower motor . I was also told I would get an itemized receipt all I got was change blower motor 1750$ on my receipt. I bet if a true receipt was produced it would definitely show the price gouging!!!

I contacted them during the evening and they responded and scheduled me for the next day. Fixed our thermostat, great customer service, quickly fixed the issue, provided us with a new thermostat manual. Thanks!

We went to Greer's Banner Air to purchase a fireplace insert for our home. I found the salesman to be knowledgeable and very helpful. The whole process from measuring, pricing and installation was absolutely seamless and professional. The cost was upfront and they did not add any unnecessary charges. Pricing was extremely fair and the total cost was significantly less than other local vendors. I would highly recommend Greer's Banner Air for fireplace inserts.

He was professional, thorough, and took the time to recommend a few helpful upgrades—like an air purifier to improve my home’s air quality and a surge protector to help prevent future damage to the unit. I really appreciated his expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Calling and making an appointment was easy and it was friendly exchange. The service guy arrived early was very professional and took a look at our unit quickly and was able to provide a detailed diagnostic. Unfortunately was not able to fix my unit due to being a weekend appointment but assured he will order parts and come back to get the unit going and cooling in no time. Still satisfied with the service thus far.

Marissa with holders was great on our emergency call out for a leaking furnace in our attic. She work swiftly and thoroughly to find the leak and set us up for further work.

The HVAC Technician arrived on-time, inspected my heating and AC, and recommended cleaning of my condenser unit. He performed a thorough cleaning and I was very happy with the result.

Holders was quick and cheaper than competitor Can do Crew. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Holders is there when you need them the most. In the couple of times I've needed them, they arrived soon after calling for AC repair. Same day diagnostics and repairs. They are quick, efficient, and reliable. Not to mention, available on the weekend. Excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable service techs. Highly recommend them.

The tech that was sent out was very knowledgeable and polite. It was very clear he knew what he was doing and that’s a great feeling when having someone come out looking at your system. There was a 125 fee at the end of the service that I would gladly have paid but when I made the appointment I was told the service call would be free. Holders reviewed the phone call they have honored the free service. When the time comes we will definitely stay with holders.
