We were having medical issues, when they came to install a/c and heating. they were respectful and caring. They returned the next day with 2 crews to finish as quick as possible, the new units were ready and waiting for us when we returned form the hospital. They are very good at their job. You can count on them to do a great work.

Oasis is not just a great air-conditioning heating vendor, they are Family company that provides first rate service, and employees only the very best in the business. We have been using their services for years and highly recommend them. I don’t usually write a lot of reviews, but I’m not usually as impressed as I am with this company. If you have heating or cooling issues call Oasis and tell them Glenn Porter referred you.

Ripping of customers, way overpriced than any other company in town.
Facts: my air conditioner was working fine when I call them to do a regular basic maintenance. Paid $139. After that ac working Off and on. I call them they send a technician to diagnose but he check the temperature inside the home and said it's working fine. After a couple of days they send another technician and he said it needed a new control board, and he temporarily bypass it to work until it fixed. $24.94 pressure switch they're charging $226.22, $1494.38 to fix it.
Control board price $164.94, OASIS price $389.31and $646.43 to fix it.
They also get discount on parts.
How can anyone charge a part cost less than $20, $226? Ripping off Customers. BBB.

Place is garbage. When buying my house we made the mistake of contracting these guys. We added Air-conditioning repairs to the escrow to cover the 3500 cost. They replaced the coil didn't pull perments or anything legit. Then during this process they didn't replace the rotted out condensate pan so it dripped through my ceiling causing damage. Then they didn't respond to calls and e-mail. Don't listen to the good reviews a guarantee they are bought.

Their workers are always so courteous and clean and careful while they take care of you with excellent service!

From day one meeting this company and installing my unit has been a very easy process and very trustworthy. I can tell you one thing. They truly stand behind their workmanship and their product. The lady up front. Jeanette was so amazing. Understood my complaint handle the situation very well. And kept me updated at all times. Even when the time was busy she left the voicemail. Thank you to the AC repair guy and thank you to your company. My family is nice and warm this winter.

Alfredo did a great job fixing our HVAC unit to get the heat back on after a very cold night!

Great service got my new AC unit connected in less than 20 hours. Super knowledgeable added new vent Holes and closed up and added new drywall seamlessly .

The person who was sent for the system maintenance was very professional, checking everything out and and making sure it worked satisfactorily. I certainly recommend this person as well as Oasis Air and Solar generally.

This gentleman was so nice, polite and seemed very knowable. I would ask for him to come back , if I needed that.

We had an issue with our AC during one of the hottest weeks of the year, and Oasis came through fast. They were super professional, honest about what needed fixing (and what didn’t), and didn’t try to upsell us on anything unnecessary. You can tell this is a local business that actually cares about the people in the community. Friendly service, fair pricing, and the house feels like a cool oasis again—pun intended! Highly recommend!

The service technician was friendly and efficient. He offered to replace our intake filters with filters we had on hand. We change our own filters every 3 months, so that was not needed. Before he left, he gave us information about the services he provided on our unit. He told us that our unit was working well.

******UPDATE HAD A HVAC REPAIR COMPANY COME OUT TODAY AFTER 4 DAYS NO HEAT NO CALLS RETURNED FROM OASIS TO FIND OUT MY WIRES TO MY UNIT WERE CUT until this company OASIS HAS BEEN THE ONLY ONES TO TOUCH MY UNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!We will never use this company again used them for years and years i only had them come out to service my heater because I paid for the service when I scheduled my summer service. My heater was working perfectly before they got there, the tech came to the door and said there is no issues with the unit everything is working perfectly and after they leave a night later we try to use our heater and there is no heat they come back and say its and issue with the heating system that is going to cost me $750 to replace after going back and forth they call us back and say since we were long time customers they were going to make it right and fix the issue we waited 5 days with no heat to our home for them to send someone else out today get on the roof and say its a whole other issue and that he cant help us he load his ladder in his van and leaves, the office staff is rude and now they wont answer calls and neither will the tech that came out to our home. Very displeased with this company now we will have to go a few more days with no heat cause they failed us a service provider.......

Eddie was on time and explained the new equipment. Did it efficiently, neatly and took time to make sure I knew how to operate it. He does care about his customers satisfaction. He is also very knowledgeable.

I've used Oasis for years. ALWAYS perform above expectations. Their techs are knowledgeable and personable. Our house is extremely clean when they finish the job. You cannot tell anyone had been there. They even wear shoe covers when inside the house.
Their staff stays with them for years and years. That tells you something about management's commitment to their staff and their customers.

Called four companies on a Saturday night and Greer were the first to get back to me. Repair tech was professional, quicky diagnosed the problem and got the heat back on. Price was very reasonable for the situation. Will definitely use them again.

Thank You for all that you have done for me in the past years & now this emergency with a 24hr window of total replacement of one of my units. Lived through a lot of hot Summers .
However, this humidity of 2018 is not good.
