About five years ago our ac broke down and our landlord contacted these guys to replace our old ac with new one and some some odd reason it keeps breaking down on us this has been happening for about five years now which is inconvenient for it being a “new” unit I get things break down but not this often and they supposedly do regular maintenance because it still under warranty and as I’m writing down this review my ac broke down again and I haven’t had ac in almost a week and no word when is going to get fixed all I know is that I ever own a home I know I will not mess with this business

Oasis serviced my air conditioner and did a fabulous job. The technician was very helpful, honest and did a quick good job. The ladies in the front office were very helpful and communicated the way a professional company should. I will continue to use Oasis in the future.

We absolutely LOVE this business. A handful of years ago they did an inspection of our house to determine how energy efficient we are. Let's just say we were energy inefficient! (House, that is) The fine folks at Oasis developed a plan to help make our house more energy efficient. And boy it has worked!! And all the follow up and maintenance has been a breeze! I called after hours one night when my air conditioner went out. The next morning (at 8 am) the repair guy showed up and fixed the problem within minutes. He was very friendly and made the whole experience very nice. I highly recommend Oasis Air Conditioning for any problem you may have.

It's been quite a while, but one of our bedrooms was so very hot in summer, more than the others. Turns out, the original installation was done wrong. Oasis properly diagnosed the problem, quoted me the price and took care of the problem to our best satisfaction. These people are honest, reliable, fair, and very pleasant. If I still lived in Bakersfield and needed service, I would call them!

I was purchasing a new home and on final inspection the coils were leaking. The seller modified the unit to work but escrow took longer than expected and by close it wasn't working. In 24 hrs they had the brand new part and were ready to install. Great service start to finish. They now maintain and service my unit year round.

Oasis replaced our 25+ year old AC and the ducting/registers about 3 weeks ago and we are delighted with the service. We have two units on the house and two summers ago our east side unit crapped out and they replaced that unit as well as the old ducting and registers. LOVED that job too. When the second unit quit (this summer) we called them up, waited on their list a few weeks and after 3 1/2 days of work, we had 53 degree air pouring out of our new system. PRO TIP: the ducting that was installed 25+ years ago is garbage compared to the insulated and rolled ducting now available. We estimate our ACs were losing about 30 to 50% of their cooling into the hot attic. The new ducting is a game changer if you can upgrade. I was initially skeptical until I watched the old stuff being pulled out of the attic. We love our new system.

The crew(s) were great and made every attempt to keep the installation as non-disruptive as possible. We highly recommend Oasis.

The service technician was on time, was engaging, knowledgeable and very thorough. I would definitely recommend Oasis Air Conditioning to friends, family and business partners.

I asked this company to come give me a second opinion after I was told by another service company that I needed a new heating system and that it would be $7800 to replace. Julian from Oasis came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed my heater for $553. Julian was honest and professional. I will definitely contact them again for any of my ac/heating needs.

The technician who serviced the A/C was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. After servicing the A/C unit, he entered my house to check the thermostat and answer my questions in a professional and understanding manner. I've always been exceptionally pleased with the technicians who work for Oasis as they are professional in all aspects of their business and always arrive on time.

Just had Alden come to check our dual pac. Heater wouldn’t come on. It was only three months old. Called at 8 and he was here at 9. Just a broken wire. He troubleshooted the entire unit and ran the heater to make sure everything was good. He is a very good employee of Oasis and we’re glad he came for our service. Oasis has done it again. It’s how well a company reacts when something goes wrong, that’s the test. Oasis performed beautifully.

Oasis is a company you can trust and rely on. Service techs are very polite and professional and go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. They’re honest and will tell you that you may not need certain things as opposed to overselling and charging more. Oasis will always be my first choice for all my HVAC needs.

I needed to replace my a/c unit and called a few different companies out to get a quote. Out of the three, Oasis was the only company that actually took the time to not only test my current system but guide me toward the best unit for my house and my needs ... not just try to sell me the best unit on the market as other companies did. The installation team came out quickly and I was very impressed by their overall professionalism and courtesy towards my son and I. We recently had new insulation blown into our attic, but they left my laundry room cleaner than they found it and always wore shoe covers when they came inside the house. Overall, I highly recommend Oasis for their exceptional customer service, knowledgeable sales team (thank you, Scott!) and personable installers. You guys are doing it right.

I bought my AC/Heating unit from Oasis several years back and I have had them service my unit twice a year since then. If you get the twice yearly service agreement you get a discount on the labor if something goes wrong with your unit. They are very professional and when I call them for service they show up. I had purchased a smart thermostat for my house and the instructions to install and the online help was leading me to believe I couldn’t use the smart thermostat. I called Oasis and they had the smart thermostat going in a few minutes after they came. I don’t think I’d go anywhere else.

Oasis Air Conditioning is the best for all your HVAC needs. From the owner Ben, his office staff, and his Techs this company is truly customer focused. I have purchased the yearly service for my AC/Heater for about the past seven years and this keeps my system in top shape. I get a call from the office to set up my service both in Spring and Fall, with out this I would forget to call for service. The Techs are well trained, on time, neat and always ask if I have any questions before they leave.

Today (9/29/25) we had our semi annual maintenance service on our hvac unit. Gerardo and Nicholas came at the time of our appointment. They checked the entire system, changed our filters and were also kind enough to replace the batteries (we provided) in all of our smoke detectors . We have used Oasis for years and highly recommend them . Thank you

We had to have our system replaced after 16 years. Oasis was amazing and efficient from Ed the estimator who came out to give us a quote to our installers Joshua and Brody. They were on time each day, professional and friendly. They left our home clean at the end of each day and we truly give them 5 stars!!! Thank you
