Bad time of year it hurt. I know nothing about how much things are. Jorge explained but I was a little overwhelmed and I needed heat in my house so I didn't have a choice.
Jorge was very professional, kind and neat in his appearance and showed empathy.

I just had my semiannual service on my unit. Holders AC & Heating provides excellent service from the staff who schedules the appointments, to the technicians who come to the home. Dallas was the technician this time, and he was friendly, efficient, and he made sure I understood what needed to be done. Thank you Holders for making sure we can endure this Bakersfield heat!

I am giving a five-star review only because of the second technician that was sent out. They sent out the first technician which this guy was maybe 22 23 not much experience under his belt well I sent him away because we've had five or six other companies with young guys didn't know what they were doing so I wasn't going to waste my time with this one. I called the office and complained told her how I felt and she sent out a different technician by the name of Milton. This guy was a very honest guy. Explain things very clearly. Walked me through everything and he immediately identified three problems. Couldn't have had a better experience with a technician so I give this five stars. If you have to call them to come out and you're having some major issue that nobody's been able to figure out request Milton he's your guy.

Marissa came out on a hot Bakersfield afternoon to service my a/c system. She headed up on the roof and spent quite some time up there inspecting, servicing and documenting everything she did. When she came down she explained everything she had done and observed. It turned out there was a part that had seen better days but was still working at that time. I asked her if she had the replacement part on her truck and after checking her truck she told me that she did have the part. I felt bad about asking her to go back up and replace the part but she cheerfully said she didn't mind and that it would take about a half hour to complete the repair. I was very impressed with Marissa's professionalism and great attitude. I would highly recommend Holder's to anyone looking for great HVAC company.

Service Technician Dallas was very informative and helpful in showing me neglected issues that had developed in my HVAC system and scheduled them to be dealt with. He also took the time to show me pictures and videos of my system to help me better understand my HVAC system. Would recommend to anyone

I had left a three-star review yesterday. The service manager reached out to me and said she would send one of their lead technicians out today. He showed up and was very thorough diagnosed my AC unit and it is working perfectly now. He came out on a Sunday and was here for an hour to 2 hours making sure the AC was running properly. I would use holders again to service my AC units.

Holders has great customer service and Jorge is the best! We have had him out here 3 times for different services. Highly recommend!

Great customer service all around from the person I booked the appointment with to the technician they sent out . Angel was sent out and told me what was going on with our heater right away, he was very professional and didn’t try to sell me anything extra or use scare tactics to make me purchase other unnecessary stuff like other companies have done to me in the past. Iv been using the same company for years and just switched this week to Holders and I will be staying with this one!

Had a tech come out on the weekend to flush a drip line. Quick effective service with good results. No unnecessary upselling. Well priced. Will happily call them again in the future.

I called Holders for the first time when my heat went out the day after Thanksgiving. Their phone rep was friendly and helpful at first, and their technician showed up promptly. However, after diagnosing the problem, he quoted me verbally with three different options up to and including full replacement of my heating and cooling system. When I requested a quote for those in writing, he nodded agreeably, said he would send that right over, and then left, and I never got an estimate from them at all, even after requesting it separately from the same phone rep who had helped me earlier. All this might just be disappointing, except that the technician had also tried to get an extensive (and expensive) down payment from me via his phone at my doorstep without giving me anything in writing first.
Always require a written estimate before paying anything more than the dispatch fee, and remember: if someone tries to push you into a “now or never” deal, it’s *always* “never.”. 🎶We were cold and not hot; we gave Holders a shot; DISAPPOINTED! 🎶
Thankfully, we got a second opinion.

Estimate to change out existing home FAU and CU to more efficient equipment was competitive. Sales staff was knowledgeable and explained how the project was to proceed. Installation crew was knowledgeable, clean, organized, and craftsmanship was above par. Final account reckoning after completion went as expected. I would without reservation highly recommend Holders HVAC.

Marissa is very professional and detailed oriented. She explained what the issue was and showed me before & after pictures. She also gave helpful tips to keeping my unit running smoothly and made me feel like she cared about my Family members having heat!!!

We were very satisfied with AJ. He explained everything where we could understand and seemed very capable and courteous. although we were very surprised on what the fan cost. with Norma and I being disabled and on Social Security, we were surprised

AJ is always thorough, timely and professional . He’s has been to my home twice trying get my brand new heater working properly which they did not put in. I highly recommend Holders excellent customer service and trustworthy company .

Jorge is a wealth of knowledge and I always appreciate his insight. He helped us make an informed decision about parts needed for our broken heater and how to best maintain it going forward. Holders is always responsive to my inquires and usually dispatches someone within 24 hours.

AJ was friendly, honest, and efficient. He fixed HVAC quickly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Because of AJ I will be using Holders moving forward. Over the years I have dealt with many HVAC companies that were all around bad, so it’s refreshing to work with someone trustworthy.

Holders was easy to deal with in scheduling, and follow up. The only problem I had was, I thought the price was a little high. After they explained to me, the overhead travel cost and insurance made me feel a little bit better, but it was still steep.
