Came out to do an estimate and ended up adding an additional charge without clarifying what they were actually doing. Then they still have yet to send a quote to us for the work that needs to be done and it's been nearly 2 months since the estimate. They need to work on their communication big time.

Gabriel was great. He assessed all the parts of the air conditioner and fixed only what was needed. It’s cool in my home now and the charge was very reasonable. I’m a happy camper!

Sometime in early 2017 Aaron from Benchmark Air Conditioning came to our home for our fall inspection. His focus was the heating system. Aaron was obviously very experienced and conducted himself in a professional manner. He was not only interested in making sure the system worked well. He was also focused on safety. Fortunately, he noticed a towel that was quite close to the heater unit and moved it away. Thanks Aaron for your help in saving us from a potential fire.

Extremely prompt arrival at our home followed by polite, competent and honest service. While the issue--failure of the A/C to start, with repeated attempts--was a classic sign of a faulty capacitor, last year another "experienced" A/C technician shook his head and said "I have no idea what is causing these symptoms but I will go on one of our forums to find out."

We never heard from him again.

Then, last night the system completely refused to operate. We called Benchmark, left a voice mail which was promptly returned this morning and the tech dispatched. He explained his findings, what was needed to repair it--which we immediately authorized--and recommended a service program, which we also felt was a good idea, at home and at our law office.

Trust these people - they know what they are doing and care about being in business a very long time@

They showed up on time, called before they arrived and got right to work.
Michael performed the work, explained what he was doing and explained the results of his inspection….. our small diameter duct work may be making our air system run longer is needed. We signed up for their annual maintenance program👍

Called Benchmark to fix my air conditioner that had gone out. They were out in less than an hour the same day. Found the problem and replaced the part. Gabriel was an excellent repairman. Will always use them.

Ken Woods from Benchmark Air Conditioning did a great job fixing our a/c today. The office sent him out right away when they heard we have two people with health issues. He came within an hour and solved our problem as well as giving us some pointers on making our unit run more efficiently.

Excellent service. I called at 10 am for a service call told them what was going on. They called me at 11:30 am told me that a tech would be at my house in an hour. Kelby showed up at 12:30, he was really nice and informative. He was able to fix the problem in an hour. I signed up for a yearly maintanence program cause I was so happy with there service.

Everyone I had contact with was very professional and efficient. My a/c wasn't working properly. The tech came out quickly. He was friendly, and most importantly very knowledgeable. He found the problem right away. He explained the problem to he, then fixed it. I highly recommend this company.

Our A?C quit blowing cold air, we didn't really notice it until late afternoon. So I called Benchmark Air Conditioning expecting them to set an appointment for the next day. They were very busy but told they get to us that afternoon because they didn't want us in a hot house all night. Gabriel showed up 20 minuets later had it fixed within a half hour. Awesome!!

Super professional service. ON TIME! Which with many of these contractors and services is not always the case. They were extremely educational telling me what was going on from the science side of things regarding the AC units we had. They really got us going and felt very confident in their workmanship. Kelby showed up in less than an hour after we called when our A/C went out at our shop. He came in and analyzed the issue. Found the issue right away. Wire shorted out. Fixed it with heavier duty wire and even showed us the pictures he took on the completed repairs. Signed us up for the maintenance plan and will see them in the winter to keep our hearing system in top shape. Kelby was very polite, professional and took care of us. Shop is now at a cool 74 and I am very happy we chose Benchmark. Will have them come out to do my house soon. Thanks guys!
