I took over an older house and didn’t know the last time the air conditioning unit had been serviced. I was nervous on the condition, and was referred to these guys. The guys came when they said they would, were very professional and kind. Explained what they would do, and how long it would take. They were quick, efficient, and honest. I’m so glad I called them to service my air unit!

The owner was amazingly responsive, understanding and accommodating to our time constraints given mine and my husband's work schedules, didn't give outrageous arrival windows of 6 hours. 7 hours. 8 hours. Instead we had simple expectation of 1 to 2-hour arrival times . The technicians that came out every time we've used them have been respectful and educational. We will definitely be using this company every time we have anything going on with our HVAC system.

I am very happy with my service with american dream service. RJ is always friendly when I call him for services that I need . Ricardo is our regular technician who always provides services with a smile. I highly recommend this company.

I really like these guys. They do not try to up-sell you on repairs/servicing. Very fair on the repair pricing. We called them out when our AC did not run. The unit ran fine when they turned it on; did not thow any error codes; and they waived the bill!

My AC Unit was serviced by another company 2 weeks ago. I realize that the temperature outside was well over 100% but the AC would not cool down to under 80%.
I had American Dream Service come out and check the unit. The service technician added coolant to the system and within 5-10 minutes the house began to cool down.
I would definitely recommend American Dream Services.

They came out. It was approximately 6:30 or 7:00 pm
Who went up on the roof and told me that I need a new motor for something , Louis contacted me the following morning and told me that the motor was gonna be $1500. I told him that I couldn’t afford it.
So they gave me the part number I verified with them that I ordered the right thing. The part came in they installed it. It still didn’t work now. Remind you I went off the part number that they told me to get then once that motor was put in they said with my heat exchange or something like that it was a part that cost me $600 That day there was a little fire up there for whatever reason I don’t know I tried to say that it was done from something previously. But if it was really done from something previously, all the ashes would as blow through the system over the few years that I’ve lived here in the house.
Then all of a sudden that motor didn’t work anymore, somehow it got burnt out or it was bad from the box one to two so they had me order Another motor do it came and installed it and still couldn’t get it going Louis is a very nice person but he’s sort of a plug-in play technician he’s honestly he gets frustrated and upset and then all of a sudden he says I ain’t gonna be piece it together well, I never asked no one to piece nothing together. I wanted it fixed. That’s what I asked for. I’m gonna throw it over it while Louis was up on the roof again. I kept looking up there everything was fine. I walked in the house and then next thing I know probably about 3 to 5 minutes later I guess Lewis says he hurt herself somehow I know who shoulder out. I don’t know how that’s possible but that’s what happened.
RJ I believe is his name. The owner said that he was sending out another technician his name with brandon or something like that Brandon came out. He was up on the roof checked it out and he said that or I heard him telling RJ I believe it is that he was talked to on the phone that it needed a couple more parts for it to work to exactly what the parts were evidently RJ said that he didn’t have them Parts branding at that point I heard him say that it was on the old motor that they could’ve came off the old motor and be put onto the new motor
And the heating system would have worked well here we are sitting February 21st 2025 and I still have no heat. I have messaged RJ several times trying to find out an update. It’s like he just doesn’t want to reply to me. Basically they have did more damage to my system than what the original problem was, I wanna just walk away from the job
I fully expect for RJ to sit and try to contradict my review. I totally do the fact that a matter come down to one thing he was hired to do a job. Yes, he agreed to work with me because business for my personal self has been slow I am good for the money. I have paid him to $600 for the one part I bought the motor I bought that little Whatever part so the only thing that I will owe them when this is all said and done is $600 that we agreed up on now let’s get back to when , Lewis hurt his shoulder. I’m sorry to hear he’s a very nice guy. He’s a very very nice guy, but he has no right to be going off saying the things that he says. just because you’re frustrated over a situation that is still not good customer service. I will honestly say that if this is the type of work that they do then I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody, especially if they go and make more problems than the original problem was, and the technician search. It says I ain’t gonna try to piece shit together. Excuse me that’s your job. You’re the technician there’s no such thing as a plug-in play technician if you’re a real technician.
I know that Brandon when they called him in , was up on the roof for a total of maybe 15 or 20 minutes and figure out exactly what the problem is and told RJ what the problem was , the whole point of this is a left me high and dry. I have no heat. They messed up my system worse than it was before I called

The name says it all!! They were my Dream come true yesterday. It was 105 outside and 92 in my house. 🥵
I called a couple of other Air conditioning companies before I called American Dream and they were telling me it would be 3 days before they could come out to my home to fix my air condition. 😖
When I called American Dream I spoke with RJ and he was on it. He reassured me to have someone at my home in a couple of hours. He gave me a 3 hour window for A technician to show up.
The technician Louie showed up in an hour and a half and was Johnny on the spot.
He quickly got to work and had us up and running in 10 minutes. I am so grateful!
I would recommend American dream to all of my friends and family! I truly had an amazing experience with American Dream!

technician (Louie) came to my home in a very reasonable time and gave me an honest answer to every question I asked. He found the problem with my blower motor quickly and explained why/how the problem occurred. He gave me several unbiased options for repair and didn’t try to fool me at all. Pricing was reasonable and not over the top for services as well.

Mr. Garcia was an absolute lifesaver. Our AC stopped blowing cold air around 5pm on Sunday. Almost every HVAC contractor/company was closed or didn't have openings until the next day. Mr. Garcia took time out of his busy schedule to squeeze us in. One capacitor later and our AC is blowing cold air all in under 30 minutes! I also want to give a shout out to RJ. He helped us get in touch with this amazing technician.

The technicians have always been friendly. They listen to my concerns . I get up dates when the technician are expected to be at my house. Which is helpful, because i work. I like to be there when they arrive. I feel comfortable to leave them to do their job. I’ve have been a customer of American Dream Services for many years and have been happy with my service.

I contacted American Dream Services to perform a maintenance check on my rental property. RJ was professional and answered all my questions. I signed up for a years service agreement (one spring time check and one fall check). They were great with scheduling and communicating when the tech was on their way. I appreciate their professionalism. Definitely recommend them
