I am very happy with my experience with Rudy's AC. They are very well-priced, lower than most in town. They are polite and professional. I got a text message announcing that they were on their way, and I got a message confirming my appointment. After I ordered the replacement motor for the AC, the secretary called me back and asked if I were a senior citizen. When I said that I was, I got a 5% discount. Very, very pleased.

The technician that came out was thorough, professional, and informative. Thank you, Sam, for inspecting and cleaning our AC compressor, we appreciate you.

Sam went and I personally like his positivity and good advice in regards to how to take care of your AC. He is also straightforward on what we need and what we do.

My air conditioner went out at the end of last summer. Two different companies came out and told me that I needed a new air conditioner $7500-$12000k. Both offered quick temporary fixes with no guarantee for $1800k+, but both also told me completely different things as to what went bad and needed to be fixed. Rudy's came out this season to take a look and confirmed that there were multiple issues going on with my unit, some of which appear to have been caused by a servicer through my home warranty company: wires were crossed, fan was going in the wrong direction, a bolt was loose, etc. Needless to say, I was thrilled to learn that I didn't need a new air conditioner, nor was the repair costly. Within 30min. and for about $300 my air was on and cooling down my house. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I called Rudy's after having called another business who came out twice to supposedly fix different issues. My heater was still not working. I then called Rudy's who diagnosed the issue and installed the needed part all in the same appt. Technician was knowledgeable, prompt, and polite. I will call this business again if I ever need service in the future. I highly recommend to others. Learn from my lesson!

This is an honest company with fair prices and a great owner. They just gained a customer for life. Sam is an amazing technician.

We had an awful experience with them! They tried to rip us off and charge us 550 dollars for a 30 dollar part. These people are very dishonest and tried to take advantage of my wife by telling her that our ac unit wouldn’t make it through the weekend (which is expected to be over 110 degrees) so of course she agreed considering we have 3 young children. They finally refunded some of our money after my father in law called and complained since he had referred us. We will definitely never be using them again and do not recommend anyone them to anyone. They are extremely shady and like con hard working people out of the money!

Sam was the technician who came out to our home to work on our furnace. He was very professional the entire time. He did a great job troubleshooting and figuring out what was wrong with our furnace. Now it works and our house gets warm when we need to use it. Highly recommended. Will definitely call Rudy's again in the future if we ever need servicing on our furnace.

Got my ac in 2020 for about 9k works great but I’m not getting air in some of rooms I notified him he just referred me to some other company that does duct work.
I would have appreciated it if he had told me that I needed duct work would have liked to get that done as well.
Great prices but I fell like they diddnt care to much to about my concern about not having air in 3 rooms.
Wish I would have went with another company.

Had a great experience with Rudy’s air service. Our A/C had gone out and our house reached up to 90° for a couple days and even though they’re extremely busy right now, they were able to squeeze us in quickly: Our technician was Baro, and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem, have it fixed, and double checked to make sure everything was working correctly. Prices are very reasonable and quality of work is great. Thank you Rudy’s and Baro for the great service!

This is my second time calling them. As before, they were prompt and courteous. This time they installed a thermostat that required special wiring. I highly recommend them for any service job.

Life savers! We called the night before with AC issues and they were able to come the next morning. They sent out texts to confirm the appointment and to let us know when the technician was on his way. Sam the technician was very friendly and professional and diagnosed the issue right away. Our AC was fixed quickly and for a fair price. I would call Rudy's Heating & Air Conditioning again, but hoping we don't have to for a long time.
