Excellent service! I called around 9.30 am about my A/C making a horrible noise. Aaron came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Our A/C unit is extremely old, but we would like to first get our roof replaced within the next couple of years, so where most other companies would have urged us to install a new one, Aaron listened and gave us advice. We decided to let him repair the part which would give us another couple of years before deciding to replace the entire unit. The unit was back up and running in no time and for a reasonable price. We even opted for the annual cleaning service they provide.

Forgot to give my review for the service last summer, just found the card with darrell's name on it. Well the service was fantastic. They installed a second vent for my central air. Just like they said my air is working great and my bill is even lower each month. they were also way cheaper then they other company that came out. Thanks!!

Always on time for their service call, we've relied on Benchmark for air and heating service for 5 years now. Last year they conducted an extensive air flow test and as a result, redirected air ducting. As a result, we experienced a much more comfortable summer as well as a reduction in energy bills. Aaron is knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. We have recommended this company many times in our community.

Benchmark has installed two mini splits for me and serviced my 5 ton unit.
Since the install of mini splits my PG&E has dropped by almost 40%. And house
Has never been cooler at a fraction of the price for use.
Will never purchase anything thing but a mini split by Mitsubishi.
Great units and warranty when installed by Benchmark you receive a 15 year warranty.
Very pleasant staff to work with at Benchmark Mike, Nicole,Darrel,and Arron always give you 5star service.

I’m new to the area and new to air conditioning in general. Gabriel did an awesome job taking care of the system. He explained things to me and answered questions I had. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. At the end of the appointment we even had something come up with my smart thermostat. He didn’t leave until we got it figured out and everything was working. I highly recommend these guys!

Gabe seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding our cooling and heating system. He answered all our questions and we would recommend him to any perspective Benchmark customer. And he is a nice guy.

Benchmark Air came out & completely took my Fujitsu Mini Split Air & Heating System apart, including the blower wheel to clean it. Cleaned the dirt, mildew & mold from behind the blower wheel and did excellent work in a timely manner. These are the nicest people I have ever dealt with and they are extremely knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience with Benchmark Air and I recommend them to everyone.

Benchmark installed my HVAC and new ducting 20 years ago. They have cleaned, service and repaired it on a semiannual basis. Keeping the unit in top condition. They respond quickly and professionally. Good pricing, excellent technicians. Aaron Galloway was today's technician. He found the problem, explained an improved filtration system that was only slightly more than just changing out the existing internal filter. No hard sell, explained and let me decide. When my air conditioning unit went out during a heat wave, I knew to call Benchmark Air Conditioning as I had worked with them before and had been pleased with their work and prices.
The office manager, Dora, was very friendly and helpful and got me set-up with a technician that day.
My techs, Arron and Joe, were very polite. After examining my unit, Arron showed me the part that needed to be replaced and gave me a quote. I had a working air conditioner in no time.
Benchmark is a very competent service provider and I would use them again.

Benchmark came highly recommended by a colleague who has used Benchmark for his ac/heating repairs and needs for years. I couldn't agree more with this recommendation. My company's experience with Mike and his team at Benchmark was great. Mike quickly assessed our broken ac/heating unit, gave us a very reasonable price to replace the unit (which was very old), and arranged to have his technicians install the unit on the Saturday of the same week we first contacted him since we have students present on weekdays and therefore couldn't have the installation happen during the week. The technicians showed up exactly when they were scheduled and did an excellent job installing the new unit. Mike and his team are highly skilled and knowledgeable, honest, professional and responsive to client needs. We will happily use this company for our future ac/heating needs.

I have used this company twice now: once for emergency AC service in the summer to replace a faulty AC condenser, and once for my fall heating system check-up. Both times the service technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Ken W. performed a system check and explained the issues with my AC before repairs. Benchmark Air Conditioning has installed two new AC units at one of Valley Achievement Center's sites. In both cases, they responded promptly to requests for service and were able to install the units on very short notice on a Saturday to accommodate the fact we have students present during the week day. Benchmark has also quickly sent out a technician to another one of our sites to assess an AC problem. Benchmark came highly recommended to us, and I am so glad that we now have this company to take care of our AC/heating needs. They offer top quality service and expertise at a fair price. Made my appointment for early morning next day which was very convenient for my work schedule. Technician was on time and very friendly. We had 3 different companies come out and quote us to diagnose and repair our AC problem. Kenny from Benchmark handled our quote and was by far the most professional and thorough of the 3 companies. We decided to use Benchmark for our repair and they performed as promised. Very satisfied customer and would highly recommend. 👌

Benchmark AC office staff communicated quickly when the technician would be a little late. I really appreciated that. While Ken was there working, he was very respectful, professional, informative and helpful. Benchmark is how business should definitely be done. I'll continue to use their service and recommend them to friends and family.

After reading reviews I thought this would be the best company to contact to inspect my A/C and ducting and write a clear and concise invoice. Because I was trying to get a second opinion for my warranty company I needed Benchmark to complete an invoice of both my A/C and ducting. The A/C report was done promptly but on the same report details on the ducting were neglected and I needed clarity and promptness on both for my warranty company in which I was clear to mention the importance of this report to my serviceman. From personal experience I know in order to remember details about an inspection a prompt report is necessary and notes should be taken. I did not receive and update to the invoice even after a month and a half of contacting, so I hired another company and they accomplished what I needed promptly so I could submit the information to the warranty company. I asked for a refund which I thankfully did not receive any hassle over. Nichole the woman who I spoke to many times over the phone for updates was the best part of my experience with benchmark. I cannot recommend this service based on my above remarks, but I do recommend Nichole for her professionalism.
