Our air went out yesterday and it was hot. My husband called this morning and Kameron came out this afternoon and diagnosed it in about 30 minutes. Repaired it and we will sleep great tonight!

Mike came out on 4th of July morning because our AC unit capacitor went out and in 111 degree weather that would have been hell. He was at a neighbors house, so he arrived in less than 30 minutes, did the repair for a reasonable price. AC is working perfectly!! Highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for our ac service!! Thanks Mike!!

These guys are awesome and super responsive! We had an emergency where our AC stopped blowing cold air while it was 100s outside and they were able to come within a couple hours. Our technician fixed the issue and replace the parts within 1-2 hours which was way quicker than I expected! I'll be calling Power & Performance Air for regular maintenance every year with our AC and for any issues that arise, thank you guys!!

Of course my AC goes out on a Sunday! I thought I would give Power & Performance Air a try because they had a real person answer! Kameron came out right away, assessed the situation and had the part on hand to fix it. Kameron had it fixed in no time in over 100°!

I called their office at 10:30 this morning with my A/C not working at all and I was told a tech would be out between 2 -5 today. Daimen was at my house by 1:15 which was before the time I had been given so I was excited that they could get to me today since it’s very hot outside. He worked so clean, efficiently and respectful. I asked several questions and he was very polite and helpful with his answers. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone and I will definitely use them again if needed. Just got my A/C fixed by Kameron. He was nice and fast. It’s at 80 rn but hopefully since he fixed it’ll go down cause it’s hot! It feels fresher in my house.

I won't bore you with the details but I will say that I had a VERY UNIQUE problem with my heating and cooling unit. In addition to Power & Performance I had a technician from another company with 40 years of experience look at the unit. Even he said it was something he had never seen and he couldn't fix it.
Power & Performance continued to work with me to solve the problem and they never gave up. Their commitment to service was unwavering. They didn't stop until the problem was solved and their pricing was very fair. A lot of companies would have given up and moved on, leaving me without a solution. They did not. They hung in their until the problem was solved. I highly recommend them.

Kameron &Keyshawn are AMAZING. We came home from out of town, and the air was not working. I called several places, but nobody wanted to come out on a Sunday. These guys were here right away. We got cold air. Will be repeat customers. Thank you

Called and the owner I believe answered the call originally on a Sunday afternoon and I asked a weird question of needed just a part, no service. He said sure no problem…mind that there is no shops open to sell ac part stuff on a Sunday afternoon. It took me a while to get a green light to do the repairs. I called hours later and I met him 10 mins later. Customer service was top notch. I very much appreciate the time and the part sale. And even your tech that called offered to stay and wait longer for me but I let him know I haven’t got the ok yet. Over all great experience with the company.

Back up and running! Our technician Keyshawn was wonderful! He double checked everything! He made sure to explain everything he did and was very knowledgeable and courteous!

Cameron & Hank are the best! They were very hard working guys and did a great job fixing up our AC and getting it running for the summer. Mike was very helpful. It was very hot for my family. We did not have enough money to repair the air cosigner. He fixed it for us and did not charge. Only left the invoice and said take care of it when you can. Thank you very much.

I can honestly say this was the best experience all around I have ever had using an air conditioning company. In the past I have used air conditioning companies before. When I called the one that installed my unit approximately 6 years ago + they wanted a fortune to come out just to look at it. We were in danger because of the heat. I found Power and Performance from Google. I called them and talked to Mike in the evening when I realized we were getting hot air from our 6-year-old unit. I explained to him that my wife and I are senior citizens. Justin and his partner went into action. I believe they delivered us from any kind of physical problem we could have had due to the extreme heat. I did some shopping to find out that they are very reasonable monetarily as well.
