I use All Climate Air for all of my AC and water heater maintenance. Scheduling is easy, they’re always on time, and every person I interact with is friendly. Can’t recommend them enough.

I had the Winter maintenance done today for my AC/Heater unit by Chris and all I can say is great job! I can proudly say this company is trustworthy, reliable and has a very friendly customer service. I have used them for the last 17 years. Not one time I have had a complain. They are professional technicians who are not trying to sell anything but to keep your unit running efficiently.

Thank for proving me with a competent and knowledgeable technician. I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I have always used all climate air for my servicing needs with the exception of one time the technician was efficient. He was respectful and polite. Got the job done and explained all of the things that he did to my unit.

Overall, the service was great. The techs were prompt, kind and professional.
My only complaint is that one tech had mud caked on his boots and it dirtied the freshly cleaned white carpet in our closet.

It was easy and quick to get an appointment. Taylor called ahead and arrived at the designated time. He was polite, friendly, and seemed to know business. This is why we have been long time customers of All Climate Air.

Taylor is great. Very nice, answered all our questions, and gave us a solid recommendation as to how to proceed. Unfortunately, our current unit is so old it’s worried about how to pay back it’s student loans, so we have chosen to replace the whole thing, but we never felt pressured to purchase a new unit over repair.

Edited to add: The purchase and install process with All Climate was fantastic. They were very quick and took time to explain the process as it was going in. They were in contact with us each day as we were waiting for our install day with updates and any timeline changes. Our installers were really nice and knowledgeable.

The technician Chris was very personable. He took the time to go over the maintenance report & was very clear & knowledgeable. He caught that my water heater was leaking & said he would have Scott call me to arrange a time to come out & give me estimates. Scott called me within 30 minutes & made an appointment for the next day I am extremely satisfied & very pleased with your customer service.

Erick was on time, was very willing to address my needs. He was cordial, knowledgeable and explained his report in a way that I understood his findings. I'm happy with how he represented All Climate Air.

Cristian Garcia was very nice and did a great job on inspecting my unit.

The tech was professional and knowledgeable. I feel he was honest and didn't try to push me to upgrade anything. I didn't give them 5 stars because they only checked my system. No major work.

I have used allclimate with my old house and have gone back to them for my new house because they are dependable, reliable and professional.

Tech was right on time, let me know when he was on his way and explained everything he found when he was finished. Eric was very polite and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. Would definitely use again.

UPDATE: My new unit was installed and is working great!!!! Chris and Able were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, answered every question with patience and kindness!!!
My Air went out on a Friday night. All Climate came out Saturday morning and got it up and running. They will be giving me a quote today on new system. Robert was my technician. He was extremely professional, clean and fast. Explain everything and was very patient explaining everything to me.

The technician Reuben was very pleasant and efficient. I would have given 5 stars except for 2 things.
1. The circuit boards needed for the two heating units came to $1850.00, installed (which took about 30 minutes total). I found the parts, after the fact online, for about $300.00 each. I felt that was an excessive markup.
2. From the time the technician found the problem by troubleshooting (about 45 minutes), it took 3 weeks to receive the parts and get them installed. Granted it was the holidays (Dec 18 to Jan 8). I wish I had the part number initially to see the price for the parts and could have gotten another estimate. Live and learn.

Tried to install a new thermostat and the ac/heater no longer worked. Ruben with All Climate came out and knew what the issue was going to be. He had it fixed in less than five minutes. Great service, great customer service.

All Climate has always provided us with honest and efficient service and bent over backwards to make sure our equipment is running top notch. The techs who repair are experts and always do a super job. I would recommend them if you want good service and equipment.

All Climate Air was quick to respond when our HVAC system was not cooling properly. They showed up that same day and replaced a capacitor that had failed. Our technician Ruben was very professional and polite.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had all climate air come out to service my units. With Chris coming out and giving exceptional service. He explains everything clearly along with recommendations. We will continue to with ACA and refer them to friends and family.
